Well, if that's true, it will be the first decent thing he has done with this company in the 20 months or so that I have owned it. Some of us were suggesting the other day that he should do this. Maybe he has someone in the company actually reading this board. ( yeah, LOL ) Just sign the check Bob, and stop talking for awhile. Just let the PR post any news.
3 insiders exercised options during this dip. they are taking advantage of the low share price to exercise down here and pay the taxes. Why would they do that and have to pay real $ in taxes now if they thought it was going down more, you ask? They wouldn't. Nice data point IMO.
Wrong - they might. You see it's a shell game. If they are compensated in another way, they can take a small loss- say $90,000 - which aint much at all, if their salaries get boosted a little or they get it paid for in some other roundabout way, simply to convince the people watching that they really care about the company and believe in its future. Unless it is OBVIOUS that they are taking a financial hit by buying, never trust an insider buy. It's all about confidence, and if they can convince you that they care, they have won - whether or not they REALLY care.
