First Goodrich, next TDG?? If GR is worth $127.50, vs $71 a week ago, and has Operating Margins of 15% vs. TDG's of 43%,what do you think TDG is worth, as a premium??

    • IMO management isn't even looking in that direction. TDG has only been public for 5+ years.

I would like to see a split,to get the volume up. Another holding(HMSY) of mine just did that this year and it has increased the interest!

      • A split would be okay also. But, given that Director Bob Small/Berkshire has been loading up on TDG, even up to $92+/sh, and owns ~10%, it would not surprise me if a takeover were to happen. Also, not sure how much longer TDG can maintain margins, or how many more Cos. they will be able to acquire. I know TDG mentioned how many more Targets are available, but, how many can they actually acquire. A sale of TDg would solve this. Although, Howley and the crew are ceratinly not in need of getting liquid, they have been getting rich on cashless option sales for a long while, and bully for them.
