    Sam Antar

He's taunting Robin over on his twitter account. These guys have no shame. The sheer number of accounting errors in both of Gotham's reports is staggering. They should truly feel embarrassed. Now Gotham doesn't understand how you account for an intercompany transfer of assets (investments) and liabilities (the loan). I will let the company respond in time. But notice that Gotham refuses to show the 2009 assets in the Singapore sub. There is a reason for that. They are knowingly manipulating shareholders. Their day of reckoning will come. That is a certainty.

    • Sammy has both of his felon hands in this thing. He has the true characteristics of a criminal psychopath; no empathy, selfish, self serving nitwit who thinks he's smarter than others. He'll get caught again. If he is pressured, he'll turn on his accomplices in a minute. If he would turn on his own family as a states witness, he turn on anyone.

    • Sam- How about calling out you boy Daniel for including this in his hit piece instead of trying to point out any corporate issues? You know all about the RICO act and how all the little people involved. Maybe your parole officer should look into this.

At this point these guys have no pull and as you can see from their desperate attempts the only thing they have left is to try to scare new buyers.

They were offered up $50,000 by RR to prove any wrong doing at the RR Foundation and with all of their DD they haven't put up to claim it.

    • They also don't know how to write past an English 101 level. Who starts out a serious piece with a quote? I guess honest Abe gives them credibility.
Been missin you past few days, glad to see you're still around.

      • I'm back in action; they can't keep a good man down! Regarding Robin's foundation IRS filings, they refuse to acknowledge that the reason they couldn't get things to reconcile was likely due to unrealized gains/losses on assets held by the charity. In the 2011 filings, a reconciliation statement has been included, but it wasn't in the prior filings. Again, they refuse to acknowledge any of this. Because they are the ones manipulating the data, not Robin.
