Sometimes institutional support is a sign to stay away from a small cap as the way they get the institutional support is they GIVE NEWLY ISSUED SHARES of stock to the institution in return for the institution pumping the stock. All the shareholders usually get is dilution. This isn't always the case, you need to watch the shares outstanding on at least a once a month basis as small caps often pay expenses by issuing new shares. BSIC doen't use euther of these practices. JMHO
Institutional support helps a stock when others in the group are going down. I agree on PE and was disappointed with quarterly report BUT BEXP bounced back. Of course I sold some due to the report, Right now BEPX is dhowing it is up $1.13 in pre- market. Not sure whare this is coming from but it is a decent quote. BSIC nas moved up nicely. So has another stock, CPSL which had a nice quarter...a China steel.
