I recently mentioned on this board that my health insurance premiums have risen close to 70% since Obamacare's cost impacts first began taking hold a few years ago.
Recent articles are suggesting that what we've seen so far are only the tip of the iceberg, with reports coming out that rates for "re-subscribers" on January 1st for most insured people are skyrocketing, and a doubling of premiums is a common refrain as a result of Obama's "affordable (sic) care act".
I expect to get my letter from my insurer soon telling me how much my rates will go up next year... I'm braced for the worst.
I'd like some responses to this post from people who are also getting financially hammered by the "affordable (sic) care act". How much are your premiums surging, and are you one of the younger americans who are being asked to shoulder what is not being financed directly by the government's deficit financing of Obamacare?
Thanks for any participating replies to this post.
Many many are not getting insurance because of reasons mentioned. There is also talk of Impeachment. Look for a website of revolt that will have names of citizens who believe that Obamacare should be repealed?
