Wefwo, yes I am back,, why call me a liar ? What difference is it of yours how I choose to invest my money at different times??? if you knew that a cash deal was coming up soon would you not take advantage of it ??? Why be in lvs that was floundering around the $54/56 range for months when a quick 30% could be made on your investment in another form ??
Remember as they say timing is everything, how is the timing going on those 4 seasons serviced apartments / condos that are not being sold in macau ,, bet that reduces lvs debt fast !! guess you cant win them all can you ?? Win some loose some, you can't make money on all investments can you?? so I lost about $4/5 dollars per share on the upswing from $58 to $63 during the r/e transaction.. I am back in and gaining revenue now.. and have a project to work on to keep employed ..

I am back ,, and have money and a R/E project to develop !! looks like I will be closing on my real estate project before any macau condo /co=op apartments are sold for lvs !! What a shame lvs holding valuable assets that it can't unload after 4 years !!! Shoot the brain in charge of that loosing project asap $$
