Up 3.15 % post earnings on average over last 8 quarters

J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and Wells Fargo & Co. report results before the opening bell Friday, and despite the potential for the recent turmoil in the bond market to put a dent into their profits, options traders aren’t expecting any big surprises.
J.P. Morgan shares have averaged a 2.69% postearnings move over the last eight quarters, while Wells Fargo has seen an average swing of 3.15% over that period. Heading into fiscal second-quarter results due Friday morning, the cost of an options trading strategy often used to measure expected swings was pricing in moves just below those averages
