CROX won their legal battle yesterday and that is good news. Next week the firm will present at the Piper Jaffray Consumer Conference, and yes, they will be asked about their financials. I am not saying they will raise guidance, but they must be honest that things are going well.
In two weeks the stock splits, and the stock will run up prior to the split and based on current splits in the market, will run after the split. The end of June will see the end of Q2 2007 and record revenues (over $200 million). The firm will have their EPS report a month after the close of the quarter.
I see the shorts capitulating in the market and in CROX. We know there are more retail shorts in the market than ever before in the history of the stock market. These retail "homegamer" shorts will fuel a furious summer rally in the market and in CROX.
The longs need to sit back and watch this phenomenon unwind. I love it!
