NOVARTIS's "Benefiber" Recalled Under the Radar

Allegedly due to packaging problems, users of the product report severe color changes to the lower colon and bowel after inspection via colonoscopy.

WTF is going on? Anybody got any insight, or is this another Frankenstein monster brought to you by major pharma?

Advise. Your a s s may be at risk.

    No joke.

    • Wow. Lot of fat folks can't handle the truth.

Just confirmed both COSTCO and BJ's have taken this product off the shelf allegedly for a "packaging" problem.

My attorney advises it may be, that folks take this psyllium product as a bulk inducer and digestive aid, without realizing it really is a form of laxative.

People who add this product like it was sugar, literally OD in the sense they invoke irritable bowel syndrome. You can literally wear out the lower colon, which is quite a complicated and important structure in the digestion of food. The stuff can make food in the bowel act like sandpaper.

      The lawsuits will fly later.

      No chit.
