Because now not only do they distribute the product, but they OWN IT. This is not a temporary supply chain revenue stream, they own all the profits and rights.
This alone makes it a .02 stock without all the other revenue streams that they have and are working on.
not likely, for either the needle destroyer product or thermofocus.......reason......both products are competing against lower cost items, already available........much lower......still accumulate and sell ,accumulate more and sell...again and again.....you never know if there will be a major up turn....GLTA
I can't believe you guys are buying this crap again, for the second time. How many new bags we got at .0106 today. Same Product that created the last bags at .0155 A product that has been on the market for seven years and nobody wants. Looks like you would have learned the first time. Good Luck. Not gonna bash, but you will see i'm right.....Again.
Read the PR? What do you think I did. This isn't "huge news" or even "news". If they would have annouced that they actually got the patent for this product, then yes, you could call it big news. But they didn't.
All ASFX did today was say they want to get the patent. They haven't got it yet, haven't worked out a deal, haven't done anything yet.
It's another typical Fluff filled PR by ASFX, and one that caused a nice price point to sell at, but already is in the process of crashing back down.
They don't "own" sh*t, this is yet another BS PR by good ole ASFX. These type of PRs are the same reasons why this stock price never goes above .02.
The only thing ASFX did today was sign a letter of intent to aquire a product. Big deal! They still have to negotiate with Safeguard to get the rights to this.
This basicly means ASFX said: hey, we like your product, we want to buy the patent from you and fully own your IP.
Now Safeguard has the option to do what ever. They could work out a deal with ASFX, they could tell them hell no we are keeping the IP, or they could work out some other type of agreement..
Right now, ASFX has nothing, they don't own this product, they only have the right to distro it. They havent even got the rights to it yet, baiscly all they have done is said they want the rights to it. Which doenst mean a whole lot till they actually get them.
If they do, then this could be good news. But as it stands now, it's really not even news. They haven't won the rights to anything yet.
