1) OMC's Beta is over 1...1.16 I think. In general a Beta of 1 is often seen as the normal risk associated with a security. In this case it is over 1, and is therefore more risky than the "average" investment. So, to what are you comparing their Beta? Trading the stock on a daily basis, gives me reason to believe their Beta is right on, if not a little low.
2) I'll get back to you on that. As to the inner workings of the company itself, I am only now beginning to do in depth research.
