Assuming your share purchase information is correct, FR Group has spent about $40 millions of the $100 millions they said they might spend.
currently proposed without big problems. CMLP has a book value of $19.14. That is $6.96 of share value for each share of CEQP that has a book value of $4.05. That is the same as stealing $8.00 per share of CMLP in the conversion. The CMLP shareholders and the SEC must not let this happen. This is outright theft and the management and boards must be held accountable. IMHO

be clear by now. The daily rates are the highest since 2008 and will be profitable going forward. So GE sold the fleet to himself. DRYS shareholders lose again!
MY My! There is somebody alive out there. I see Crestwood is presenting at the 2015 Investors Conference. What they have to tell investors should really be fascinating, don't you think?
Why CEQP dropped from over $15 to just over $5 a share in market value? Even with the proposed merger with CMLP the market value of CEQP is still only about $5. But according to management the .55 cent (10.40%) annual dividend will be fully covered. What am I missing? Isn't this MLP way under valued?
Strain on the budget my ass!!! Social Security has been the golden goose for this country and still is today while it generates hugh surpluses only to be robbed by the politicians to spend in the general fund. Now we are to be made to feel guilty by you SOBs when we cash our SS checks after paying into it for 50 years. I say eliminate all those fat pension plans that federal workers have along with the f------- politicians fat retirement plans that dwarf those that SS recipients get and put them all into the SS system where they belong and the SS problems will be solved in a hurry.
Is anyone else experiencing slow responses with yahoo's website? I'm getting long delays when I move into my portfolios and when I'm moving within them as well. I would appreciate some replies either way. Thanks!
About 2 months ago I asked for opinions if ACG was a buy at the $7.60 level. The responses were quite negative at the time. Let me ask again. Is ACG a buy now as it approaches the $8 level? It still trades at about a 2% discount to NAV; It is earning its 7.5% dividend; and the Fed is probably done raising interest rates. Would appreciate some pros and cons!
What are they doing?
They are living the good life and they aren't doing anything for CMGI. They come in to work when they feel like it. They go out for expensive lunches. They head for the golf course or their favorite hangout. They will keep that schedule as long as there money in the bank to cover their big paychecks and expenses. They have it made. Its the shareholders that have nothing!!!!!!!!!
Thanks to those who responded. In summary, the responses were quite unfavorable to entering ACG at this level and for very possibly valid reasons. It seems that most have little trust left in this fund after getting hurt time after time over several years, even though in the past there have been those who suggested buying ACG when it was in a weaker position than now.(ex presently earning its dividend and discount to NAV) It is a fact that ACG performed very poorly while interest rates were falling which should have been the good times. Enough rambling! Thanks again!
Does anyone else think ACG is worth a shot at the $7.60 level. Here are possible reasons why it could be. 1) Paying 7.9% dividend. 2) Earnings cover the dividend. 3) Trading at a 4% discount to NAV. 4) Fed should be near at least to a pause in Fed Rate. Opinions appreciated!!!
If it is OK for corporate officials to backdate options; It it is OK for the politicians to buy stocks about which they have insider information; Why shouldn't investors be able to pick a stock price at the low of the day AFTER THE MARKET CLOSES???? I know I could do a lot better. How about YOU?
400 million in fines and stock holders equity down the drain to keep these crooked bastards out of jail; And the analysts keep wondering why investors are reluctant to invest in U S stocks!
