I just wanted to drop by today and thank the sellers that sold me their shares in the low 8 dollar range. That was an excellent gift, now my retirement income is in good shape.
someone just put out a sell signal with pt about 15 cents below the current price. Who would want to sell for such a small more and miss out on the dividends. I wonder about these analysts that put out buy and sell signals.
Are they working for someone else? Like trying to accumulate ro distribute...thanks, but I will keep mine
it goes against our emotions, but it really don;t matter what the price does as long as dividend keeps coming. If it goes broke, yes, that would be bighurt, but, unless you plan on trading(this is not a trading stock imo) collect the dividends and forget it. We have to put our money somewhere, and there is risk in anything, Bear markets will kill all stocks so might as well ride one that pays something.
sept 1st , new eta coming out for reits in the sp500 and probably the russell etc. I suspect the prices are going to be driven down to accumulate on the cheap to fund their etf. jmho
A big bear will hit it some, but, so will everything else. Might as well enjoy a great dividend in the mean time. Of course a bear will not last forever and this stock will not go to zero
notice they released information that hedges were shorting nly. the info they release is usually designed to create price action they want. If they want to accumulate, they say they are shorting the stock. If they want to sell, they say they are buying the stock. Pay no heed to the news releases from hedges...
Anyone.considering adding this to my ira... have they had any issues with ubi creating a taxable event in ira accounts??? Thanks
true, but even if the dividend was cut 40 percent, it would still have a great dividend. I am of the opinion that the street is to be convinced it is a value trap to keep the street from buying this type of stock. If it was so why would so many funds and wealth managers be buying? Just my thoughts and i am adding.
yes, they sell short hoping that anxious holders will let them buy back to cover. They sell naked but have to buy real shares. That only works when some one is willing to sell l their shares.
when shorts finally decide that no one will sell, they will cover their shorts. I am keeping mine, thank you very much
True, and stocks fluctuate as long term charts show. Just hope we don;t get stuck with a worldcom or something like that. Interest rates will go up, very gradually, and probably stop long before they reach the norm of 5 percent or whatever. Stocks rise until they invite selling and drop until they invite buying. Timing that is extremely difficult if not impossible.
i have myopic fear of price drops, but in reality, it really does not matter as long as the dividend is not cut. Buy more shares on drip, add shares with extra funds on any big dip.
