Hey is it in, why haven't you shown us your position. The two biggest dirt bags here are hiding from a simple question. BTW you are guessing and so is everyone else here.

I love how these clown cannot understand their own logic.

Nope. This looks like a pump and dump and they needed to make like there's support here. Would you more likely see these shennigans this morning on a bad decision or a good one?

I think they are going to announce some more toxic dilution. You are all happy that this rebounded, so it's easy to pass this by you now. 15% drops do not just happen and unless they computer traded this back and forth to steal stops, there was a problem behind this happening today. My guess they will raise more capital.

You had a delay on data being looked at 4-month delay. They have $75M in dilution that they can draw from. It will be very difficult to do any dilution if they don't have strong data. No insider has bought. Not even at .275 a share.

You have to watch both sides of this. Now please keep your blinkers on firmly.

The guy who cannot show any trade wants to entertain us. How is it that you krapped in your pants twice here. One when I asked you to show anything that supports your buying claims. Then this morning. I'm buying more kimberly clark stock, knowing soon many here will need depends.

Again why are you terrified to show us any trade that supports what you claim. Could it be that you are always lying?

  • This rebound needed the shakeout first and who is going to sell 2M shares to go down and steal a few stops? My guess is they are going to lure you a sleep with other movies like this and get you to believe that this will rebound and then bam.

2 hours and no buyers. Looks like edbi is going to lose it all. The company has to be bleeding. The cost to defend against the SEC adding to those woes.

Great call. I only had medium position here. They were in financial trouble, so Frost was smart to help them out here. Sometimes these things work out.

Zero shares in the first 1.5 hours. Pretty sick. No FDA update, no tariff update. No 2400 stores actually coming on board. Break up of the Brexit. There is nothing positive.

Just glad edbi is secure with those 350K shares at .075. He was so smart. I guess 8 years of excuses cannot create any buying. What if they were still dumping 1B shares per quarter? Well then again they would be telling you update coming to help move shares.

Will my call that the updates would stop be the 2016 greatest call? That they would have $140K void not filled in the 1q numbers. That quarter that one clown here called flat sales.

July 5 would be our next chance for tariff news. Well past the 60 days they usually take. Is no news really a sign the UK said "are you kidding". Well it did help move the last of the toxic dilution.

    Third Market Maker

The truth has no sides. I have no hard on for your stop, I just see many red flags. Small subsets, changes to trials. Location change after location change. I will go on record that my DD is based on what I find odd here.

How come none of the pumpers question the bums who are being busted lying here and running away like cockroaches? I hate being wrong, so I dig. That some how is a sin here. I wonder if any pumper will ever apologize if this fails. That because of their laziness they cost investors money.

Pumpers do more damage then any basher can. First they make excuses for everything. The pumpers today cost investors an opportunity. Instead of being ready and on the sidelines, to take advantage of a 15% drop and beating the bad guys to these shares, instead you were pumping this at .72. So before you blame here, understand that your over confidence is what will hurt you more, then any one questioning this.

  • That just shows you that in today's markets they are so rigged that if you place a stop, they steal your shares. They walk it down and take the shares. Must have been a large amount who had stops from as low as .39-.42. Why the SEC doesn't investigate this practice. However if some investors had their shares stolen by this practice may in a few weeks be thankful it happen.

Probably baker boys unloading. Yesterdays P-market BS and you pumping it was the set up they were looking for to unload. Thank you for aiding the dump. I also love that you cannot produce anything to validate your claims. Sometimes exposing the clowns takes more then just two posts by me, but when you find the cockroaches, you know they have to hide fast.

GALE trial and EPIC, two trials not comparable

How is Astra Zeneca's trial going. I don't see any discussions on competition. Ticagrelor is in ph 3 and results are nearing also. I know the pumpers only look in one direction, which is why the pumpers are excuse makers most of the time. Now before the clowns here attack, my main point here is there are competition out there. That your drug will cost 10 times what generics cost. I also see no one here has addressed the numerous trial changes. The small sub set has huge red flags with your drug and stronger and deeper pockets working on the same goals. I wonder if Astra Zenica had to made as many changes to their trial as Mast has? I didn't see all the crossing out and changes in their trial, where yours has many changes.

No matter what Bio tech board you visit

    by pearsby09 Jun 29, 2016 5:51 PM

    To be more accurate:

Approval applications were filed for 55 percent of the drugs that made it to Phase III testing, and 80 percent of those gained eventual approval, although only about half were approved on their initial FDA review.

The 80 percent approval rate, while seemingly high, is down from 93 percent seen in studies of earlier years.

So basically you are looking at 22% chance on initial FDA review. (55% file for approval application x 80% approval rate x 50% initial review.)

  • Robert Brandi bought just 38K shares. My guess that is more then biotechsupplier and quicky own. Sad when no insiders believe in this company. But that's normal, a no confidence vote and have $75M in dilution hanging over your head.

Which clown here bragged about the one insider buy. Let me guess the guy who bragged he owned 120K shares @.62. The same clown who cannot prove he owns any shares. I am finding more and more signs that rory is here. He leaves a trail that can easily be discovered. That is why BS ran away so quick, he knew I would piece this together and all his lies would be exposed.

I return insults I don't start them. So maybe you need to do a check up from the neck up. I see I'm suppose to take the high road and all the pumpers can say anything. Got it. I hope your subset of 9 is enough. The changes they made as late as 3Q15, don't give me any confidence + No insider buys.

Interesting everything I discover clearly indicates that the unsophisticated are being taken advantage of. AF and MS see it my way and the guys who cannot produce a single trade see it better then the experts. Did they have to move locations, because they needed anyone to see something. Love the part where they had to go to the Oman academic accreditation authority. Yup you definitely have a winner here.

Why did they delay your outcome? Could it be that I'm right. Guess what else I noted from this. They soon after delaying the results, immediately diluted. Another sound sign that they thought it was best to get .275 a share, before they have to level with investors. Watch for what else I discovered.

  • Spent more time looking at the trial changes. On 1/11/16 they made changes. They expect to wrap up the collection of data by 9/24/15 and changed that to 1/09/16. So to me this indicates they needed more time to find anything positive.

2/18/14 they change the trial from children crisis to Vaso Occlusive also started recruiting 4-65 instead of 8-65.

Lebanon Ministry/Oman Ministry, Panama, Spain are out crossed out on 5/19/15 and replaced with Brazil/Dominican Republic/ Jordan, Oman Academic accreditation authority/ Arabia

Love the part where they have to clarify that they are a accreditation authority. That sounds very impressive. Would you swap a ministry for an accreditation authority?

Why the delay on wrapping this up? I like management who deliver on time. But you have to be aware delays, maybe mean they know they do not have the strong data. Could mean they knew they needed to shift where this is going. 5/19/15 they make a load of changes and replacements. This could be a red flag, that they were scrambling as late #$%$19/15. Dates are important.

I'm not sure why sometimes MST-188 is crossed out and Saline is the change. That also happen on 5/19/15.

Then why are you here pumping? I love the logic the clowns try and use. I have been nice and tried to answer all questions. I ask a few of mine and no pumper has shown anything real here. I run into this same BS on every tech board with the pumpers and so far, I have not seen one surprise that I missed and the pumpers have always been wrong. So do I really care what you think?

I see a company who needs to string you along. They had to reach deep for anything positive and subset is not going to fly. Not when the pts went home. This has less then a 1% chance that data will even get a look at by the FDA. But they may take it up the line, because they have to keep the unsophisticated glued here. PVCT used a claim they qualified for BTD. That was a joke and had the same BS pumpers working that board. Remeber one thing, I am out numbered here. The multiple id guys are here to distract from anyone asking any real questions. They will turn on anyone. My guess is their job here is to help move the paper. That is why they cannot show you any trade.

I told you there would be one clown telling us insiders never buy on secondaries. Then call NEPH management and ask them to return those shares. The RO was to all share holders and management can participate, they choose to leave you finance the toxic stuff. My guess is they are well aware that they will need a phase 4.

The trial changes are listed on the clinical.gov. I always search the trials for changes. What stands out with your drug is numerous location changes. That to me is that they are constantly looking for someone to support some finding or better yet any finding to hang their hat on. It's not a strong sign. I only post one change that had numerous changes. There are at least 7 others I didn't post.

I look under every rock and I question everything. These companies need money, they need time and they are looking for that one foot in the door. Tomorrow I will show how often in the trial they changed locations. I will repeat this and repeat this, in biotech investing, the things you have to discover is what they are not telling you directly. Because if you only concentrate on what you perceive to be good news, I can guarantee you there's a hiccup out there you are missing.

Toxic dilution is the one thing you better be aware of and the other is the trail really going as good as you think it is. I can name DVAX, if you were there you would have been handed a ph4 because they didn't recruit enough minorities. You don't have that problem here. I believe a subset is way way way to small and that is not a dig against quick.

I'm not the bad guy. I'm the one investor you will meet who just looks at everything. Specially if there are clowns pumping. No biotech should be pumped. It should be look at from every angle and discussed by adults. Since we only have a few of them, this becomes difficult.

Take a look at the trials and click on the changes and search your trial. The link from the web page went right to the trial that had all the changes, so I assume this is their lead trial. Now why the location changes stood out, is that they crossed through the other location. Thanks for the good question. Wish there were more like you.

Have to agree with pearsby. How about we ask all the pumpers and all the bashers to post at the same time. Pick a date and time and we all show up. My guess two pumpers out 20 show and most bashers who btw are the class act here.

You can be the hero and quick and BS can be the zeros here.
