XCO was highly leveraged everyone knew that even you. All you had to do was look at their financial statements. That is not what has destroyed their share price. It was the bust that has occurred. Ford leveraged ALL of their assets betting on a turnaround in the US market years. They got what they needed. If they didn't they'd be history by now. Vehicle sales are back up close to 18M vs 10M in 2008. Things have to go your way or your toast unless you have massive assets behind you to weather the storm. Very few small companies have that privilege.
XCO and others were forward looking plays. Utility companies trashing coal in favor of NG. Then there was high expectations for exporting MG. Then there was even talk of vehicles using NG. All positive scenarios from a product produced right here in the USA. Then the crash hit. The rest is history. You're unending hate is really sad stuff. Sour grapes ain't sweet for sure but you're something else man.
Who would rather make money w/o working for it off the backs of innocent dead people. Supporting the NRA and more guns in America are treasonous acts. The NRA could sit down (if they were truly Americans) and try to come up with logical actions to stymie these mass killing guns. But they won't. They should all be hanged at high noon. Many here too.
You got your $160+ plus today. Can it go higher? Law of diminishing returns would suggest not much higher but who knows oil could really go into a free fall here with all the hedges short.
Not in any of that Enron BS. Was an internal money manager with a CPA title willy. You nor anyone else saw this glut forthcoming. Nobody did a far as I know. XCO will have to merge and if no candidates emerge then yes they are BK'd. To be still here entails a life stuck in the past. Nobody here needs to read rants of negativity. We've had enough of it owning this company.
Willy, you need either a few stiff drinks or a shrink. Maybe both. Your disdain for all of this NG stuff is taking control of your life man. If you truly worked in this sector and got canned I know how you feel. It happened to me in the CPA world with an operation named Arthur Andersen. Do I hate the accounting world? Hell no. I moved on. You should too.
Sell off big time at the close. What else is new folks? Hedge funds, instead of working for a living, find ways to make monies. Great country we live in is it not?
Yes they do and there are many kits available for both HD and Honda cycles. I'm not up on how trike sales are going but they are expensive. Some of these kits like what CSC offers are in excess of $8K.
Most true sir. Cycle sales are actually doing well throughout he world but HD is indeed behind the 8 ball. I don't think their cycles are what mankind wants anymore. Speed and maneuverability is now the norm with the younger crowd. HOGS are just that. Sound/look good but that's where the buck stops. Literally and figuratively.
GM needs to get the 6th generation of this car to market quickly. Obviously they will try to milk all the sales they can out of the new generation Camaro before they bring out their heavy hitters, ZL1/Z28 but to me anyway quicker is always better.
SW pilots have rejected a tentative contract with the carrier that would have raised their wages by 17%. Talks have dragged on for more than three years, and in November 2014 the U.S. National Mediation Board stepped in to oversee negotiations. The decision comes three months after Southwest's (NYSE:LUV) flight attendants voted down a new contract.
Well, looks like SW needs a ton of new pilots now.
