30% float is shorted
Thanks to WS we now have a name behind the big short...Cohodes, Concordia's own Andrew Left/Jim Chanos
Also profits booked in British pounds, which has had a major haircut today...is not great for the bottom line.
Jipster... He deliberately stalled for time fully expecting the FDA hold to be implemented after dilution. It bought him a 6 month window to negotiate a deal with J&J without having pressure to advance trials. This appears to be the clarity provided from hindsight.
"I can't quit you Gern" ....broke back mountain
sold out a few weeks ago...buying today but not any Gern. Nothing till ash...maybe.
You can't be serious? Have you watched the SP drop by 50% in the last 2 years. That is not a sign of confidence. I want my Porsche back that I bought here for Chipster the 65 yr old hipster
Fast track, BTA must be applied for first. Neither Gern who holds the patent nor Janseen conducting the trials has done this yet. ASH 2016 isn't till Dec and hope we get more than another poster presentation this time.
Joko obviously you failed in math. Sp is lower now than it was 2 years ago when Janssen and Gern signed up a collaborative agreement on Imet development. One would expect some good news to have been released or leaked by now. Instead SP drops lower. Up a cent is no 7K- 44K increase. The longer this drags on and down the less chance there is of success.
Here we are Sux...say I don't know squat.
I don't like Merck...they never paid me the contra cusp shares they owed me.
And what do you know but how to copy handles and harass anyone with a different point of reference other than your own Joko? Back to pumping. Heck we could see $3 or just as easily $2.20. No place to hide on this plain.
SP did drop to $2.62 on Thurs last week. 4mil vol brings it up 1% close the following day. Not what one would call stable.
I wasn't here at the time but Merck had partnered up with Gern for developing a lung cancer vaccine and after reviewing Gern's science & intellectual property under their collaborative agreement pulled out leaving Gern high and dry. A few years later Merck comes out with Keytruda, remarkably similar in structure to Gern's molecule. Coincidence or a corporate rape? Your guess. In the music industry one gets sued for millions just for using A -minor with a descending base line.
Hillary's comments about deep frying his balls and serving them up at her next paid Goldman Sachs key note event including limiting all pharma's profits certainly didn't help after outing Shkreli's greedy little scam.
