Your point is well taken,just pointing that management luke warm overview and the drop in NAV is a warning shot of possible things to come for many people.
It is now below 8$ ,this has not happen for a long time. Myself was lucky to pick this up below below 4$ in 2009 and to their credit never missed a dividend for that reason will continue to hold, and when I see any turn around would buy more.
difficult to get away from their pass history. Plus always a possibility that they do another reverse split,which was a disaster for the share holders. bad memories die hard
