The only play is to short squeeze with the Fed. Target AMZN and FB shorts. Easy money if you are bold. Just do it against your intuition.
At this point, there is nothing you can do on Friday. You should have bought a small amount of puts on Thursday so at least you can have some fun if the unthinkable do happen.
Circuit breakefor 10% down is for the rest of the day I think. If it is 5% down, they just take a break.
Japan stopping going down. They closed the market early. No more trades for the bears.
Fox News said the Fed is preparing special restriction for tomorrow's stock market right now. The market may not open tomorrow so those weekly puts are worthless. The Fed did not think BREXIT could happen.
The rich painted a rosy picture on staying. But that is the wrong argument to make. All they benefits they said are for the rich people only. The majority wants the rich to feel the same paint even it means to burn the house down.
Very stupid move of Microsoft. This is just like 1999. A lot of merges and acquisitions don't make sense. There are too many printed money from the Fed so companies feel they have to do something. Wall Street advised them to.
AAPL has no company to buy. All consumer electronic companies have no revolutionized products worthy of buying. Next best to AAPL is Go-Pro, that said how poor this sector is. And iPhone is so old and tired, AAPL itself has become so old and tired. Feel AAPL is dying and the stock can't rally because of that.
TWTR is a much better tool than LNKD. People did post their resume on LNKD but it is still not very useful. People just post in hope. And companies take it less and less serious. That is why LNKD is eager to sell themselves. And MSFT is very stupid to buy it.
That being said, now it is 90% of the chance that GOOGL will buy TWTR because they feel they have to. Buy next week's TWTR calls. It will happen in the next 10 days.
There is no other buyer. There is no bidding war. What MSFT offers is the final print of this stock. Minus 10 cents a share.
I was in and out shorting this stock. Praise the Lord I did not short it again last week. I planned to but somehow I did not. Now I am a happy clam!
