  • And why isn't this getting tossed to OTC? One of 2 things is going on here. Either 1. MM's want to keep STEM the worthless turd on NASDAQ and are manipulating the stock up and shorting it big and covering within 1-3 days of taking a position, along with existing long dumping, from what remains of the larger holders or 2. Someone bought a block and must file if over 5%. So which one of you genius traders out there has the answer? I'm going with Choice 1. Watching block trades daily. This activity cannot continue for much longer without a valid explanation of the daily volume trading 5-10% of the outstanding. MM shorts can however bend rules as long as they are closed out quick. Have fun guys!

  • Stop being dumb crackheads praying for some buyout or crying "I lost all my money". Folks, this will be finishing off in the OTC market soon. Management will take their fat severences, settle for .20 cents on the dollar or so, for that repayment of the 9 mil due to failed spinal trial. Possible Chp 11, if needed. It's over. Understand folks? OVER! (S) lowly (T) ook (E) very longs (M) oney. Remember that south park episode at the bank? IT'S GONE, IT'S ALL GONE!

  • For those with experience in civil litigation against companies, this will be no problem to file. The problem is you'll never collect. Yes, they did hide bad data, sandbagged the stock and reverse split it before announcing they are dropping the trial and closing shop over the next quarter. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this 9 mil in debt isn't that the money owed back from a grant that required payment back, if trial failed (couple trials ago)? Or was it revolving credit line? Combo? They will file Chp 11 after paying themselves fat severences using the 8 mil they raised. Remember something you burned longs, their SEC filings clearly state the risks of investing in their common stock and the book value is sub zero. It also states they could fail and be wiped out. Their lawyers will use this against you. Sorry to break that news to you, but that's reality. Go ahead file it though. By all means. Thanks for letting me post a topic finally again Yahoo.

Well folks, I've decided to make my REAL last post about STEM. After all these years and all the BS and "Poor Joe" and all that #$%$, I decided to just be real. What really happened here over the last 28 years besides pump and dumps, reverse splits, paid pumpers, censored bashers "like me" and all the rest of the garbage that's gone on here. Well here is the answer folks--- You got taken to the cleaners. (S) lowly (T) ook (E) evryones (M) oney is 100% true. The question you may ask. Is their a valid lawsuit here? Yes, but you'll never collect. Go ahead and file it and go through the procedures. In the end, they will hide under Chapter 11 and their SEC filings of "no guarantees" of success because they are a biotech research company and no matter what BS they may of said before, it doesn't matter. Now, I understand this seems UNFAIR and you should have a claim. I agree! Unfortunately, our legal system doesn't work that way. You got taken. You and every "Poor Joe" out there. I was one of the few "A LONG TIME AGO" who tried to warn you. They pulled my posts and did all they could to destroy me and my credibility amd it doesn't matter if my personal life is bad or not. I told the truth. Now the truth is out there. I say only this. You were warned way in advance. If you got wiped out. I do not feel sorry for you. Your an idiot! Peace Out For the REAL last time...Mark

Yahoo let me back because ey know I was right. STEM is finally done. No more BS trials, no more free lunches. To the management at STEM, I say this...Well done guys! You got the best gig on Wall Street. Made millions for yourselves and destroyed your shareholders. Whatcha gonna do about that 9 mil you guys owe? Chp 11 and run out the door? Sounds like a good plan. RIP STEM! (S) lowly (T) ook (E) veryones (M) oney. All gone now! Later guys. Final Peace out...Mark

    Offering

I wouldn't worry as much about the offering. The problem is where is this company going? For 28 years they have kept trying the same things expecting a new result or just getting the same results that others have gotten. Remember "old" GERN? They changed direction for the better. Also, speaking of offerings, have you noticed their timing of their sandbags is just plain aweful? Seriously, go back years and look at when they should of diluted at higher prices after nice pumps, but instead sandbagged it at lower prices, with many more shares of dilution. Notice that free lunch from 2.45 to 3.90 last week didn't last long... did it? Volume dried up didn't it? This stock cannot stay erect because of managements bad decision making and direction where this biotech company is going. How many more of these 5 year reverse split cycles do you think they got left? 1 more? 2? I don't know why you even care about this turd, but I take it you trade it. If your a slick trader, you don't need a message board to tell you what to do. Good luck to you. Peace out...Mark

You gotta be kidding me? The day after? Look, I know you can flip this turd here and there long, but what does buying after an offering do for you, other than the stock is cheaper? If the trial results are just "so so" and they got nothing else, what's gonna drive the stock after the next sandbag? Short covering pop? Some BS upgrade? I take it, you think you got this stock "clocked" and your a pump and dump "time the stock" trader... am I right? OK I'll give ya a shot. We'll ALL give ya a shot. Convince me and everyone else, why we should buy 10,000 shares or more of this discusting excuse for a stock. We're all listening. The floor is yours....

    Can STEM Recover Following Split?

    by tadhgbraddock May 9, 2016 1:17 PM
    boogyman4050 boogyman4050 May 18, 2016 1:43 PM Flag

First off, this is an old question. For anyone new here, STEM has reverse split 6 times since it's inception in 1988 with a now all time high over $1200 a share making it the worst stock in history. Second, they have failed in over 15 trials, raised tons of cash to fund them and given shareholders nothing in return. Third, revolving door management has done nothing to help this company succeed doing anything other than selling stock. With that aside...can STEM produce this time? Sure they could! Will they? NO! The odds are they put out some toe wiggle result, pump and dump the stock and it's the same old 5 year BS. I wish I could believe you. I really do. Seriously, I mean it. I beleive in stemcell technology. I just can't beleive in these losers. I've been right for ages about this turd. Prove me wrong STEM! I want to see it! Peace out...Mark

STEM cycles in 5 year intervals. Start with reverse split. It gets pumped and dumped repeatedly until first dilution. It holds $1 plus for the first 2-3 years. Once the share count gets over 70 mil outstanding, it goes sub $1. You get your usual heavy shorting and moderate pump and dumps between .50 cents and $1.50 in 4th year. By the fifth year you get your delisting warning and it goes sub .50 cents with moderate pump and dumps. Then in the 5 year another Reverse Split. Trade accordingly. Peace out...Mark
