Thanks. I understand. Sorry, I hope I didn't sound critical of your comment. Didn't mean to be. We are all basically on the same page. Also, like you, would much prefer we are at $14 before any offers. Although, at this rate we may be having the same conversation a year from now ; )
On in the hand would be wonderful. Hope you are correct, I'd gladly leave some profit potential on the table to avoid riding this pony another two or more years. Don't really see how this puts pressure on any big pharma... until KERX gets on track with sales they are no threat to anyone. Hopefully, marketing will have taken this pause to refresh their message so its much better received, than ever before, by the medical community, payers, and patients.
One more thing and no disrespect to others who may know KERX better than I do... I don't see how any of this puts any "pressure" any potential acquired to move sooner than later. I'm just grateful the light at the end of the tunnel (for now) is appears brighter again.
Best of luck to all longs. Hopefully, we have an opportunity to celebrate together in 2017 or no later than MID18. .
I do not see any downside to having ability to get pills supplied from a combination of U.S. and France. This reduces risk for KERX, its patients, and potential partners or in case of acquisition. Also, removes objections their salesforce may encounter. Its all good, if KERX gets back to going executing before this recent debacle. Hoping someone that salesforce has been priming the pump and setting up potential backorders with distribution so we can get the PPS quickly to 8 and finally ramp sales on a trajectory that gets the PPS on a steady climb before before any potential BO. This cat appears to have nine lives... I wonder what life this one is... six, seven? ; )
Does anyone out there, much smarter than me, know if companies ever carry insurance for situations like this to help protect them finically or is can KERK sue the manufacture?
Nice to see an honest post of when someone purchased, added and why and expectations. I was in at 4 and did some things similar on why up and down. For many reasons management was promoting, etc. Hopefully, we have an opportunity for that grand slam plus from here.
I very much respect many posters here! Yet I find anything implying this is anything other than fumbled production and Kerx management not having finger on pulse end-to-end. Plenty of blame to go around.
There is no way a company would do anything intentially to make what happened happen as part of a master plan in what beyond any sane or logical conspiracy theory.
Perhaps I haven't had enough coffee or misunderstood these posts if so sorry.
Unless BO/merger is imminent, I would tend to agree with your excellent points... especially the more I have thought about this entire situation.
Intel or Apple for $24+ ideally $31+ do it now or wait until MU gets back to high teens/20 in 2017.
