Why did "Intelligence" communities DESIGNATED several Google's EXEcs as HEAD of different USA publicly trading companies INVOLVED in Video STREAMING pruducts since 2007. For example AOL, Yahoo just to name a couple? Why did "Intelligence" communities use Don Harrison and John Kent Walker to INVOLE/ENGAGE in On2/Hantro THEFT while FEEDING some of their agents through proving products/services being used On2/Hantro video codecs HW/SW in the world? Why did
Intelligence" communities invole Neil Katyal, Obama ex- General Counsel to defend On2 vs Google case while On2-Lead with 100 or so OnT shares "settled" the case in FAVOUR of "INTELLIGENCE communities entity called Google. Why Yahoo is BLOCKING removing PUBLICLY reported News tieing Google's products to undermining different companies activities in the wORLD? Who are these people? Who is HANDLEing them while Yahoo front Page being painetd with Garbages by bashers?

The "Truth " will not be shown to lofty thought,
    Nor yet with lavished gold may it be bought;
But, if you yield your life for fifty years,
From words to "states " you may perchance be brought.

FTC Chair Ramirez Asked About Contradictions in Senate Testimony on Google Antitrust Probe

We are asking Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Chair Edith Ramirez to address “contradictions” in testimony she gave to the Senate Judiciary Committee on March 9 regarding the FTC’s dropping of an antitrust action against Google in 2013.

The request points to a variety of evidence obtained through open government laws that suggests that Ramirez and other FTC officials have unusually close relationships with Google, and that those relationships may have helped the company avoid antitrust action.

On December 10 2012 On2 shareholders discovered an On2 UK limited account in UK with about $50 million avaiable in the account. By December 13, 2012, the money from the account was removed or moved to one dollar or british pound. By January 2013, On2 UK was dissolved. Interesting enough, in Mid 20013, Google announced that Youtube EARNINGs was trippled from January 2013 to June 2013:

Google’s Alphabet Transition Has Been Tougher Than A-B-C

Tomorrow will mark six months since Google’s grand experiment in corporate restructuring known as Alphabet was officially listed on the stock exchange. Google’s eclectic founders, Larry Page and Sergey Brin, had a pair of goals in mind when they announced plans last summer to split the search giant into a collection of companies under the Alphabet moniker. They wanted to add clarity to how the overall business runs, and they wanted to enable the company to be more ambitious—to move even more quickly to launch ideas that could have a global impact equivalent to the search box that changed everything.

But so far, Google’s transition into its new form hasn’t been as simple as just changing its name.

Fadell reportedly blamed the new Alphabet structure, in which each business must depend on Google for the capital to grow. “The fiscal discipline era has now descended upon everything.” It’s a reminder that, unlike startup CEOs, all of these guys have to lean on Google for their financing.

And none of the companies has birthed the start of a business model as perfect or profitable as Google’s search business. All the non-Google companies taken together generated just $448 million in revenue in 2015, mostly from sales of the Nest thermostat and Google Fiber. That’s enough to cause some analysts to pronounce the restructure a failure. “In six months, you can say whether the structure has made things better—it has either made them worse or hasn’t change things at all,” says independent IT analyst Rob Enderle.

Google’s Pichai Received More Than $100 Million for First Year as CEO

    by Clay Dillow

    March 29, 2016

Google’s chief has received $300 million in stock since January 2015.

Google CEO Sundar Pichai was paid $100.5 million last year, according to a new filing from holding company Alphabet, Bloomberg reports. A stock award of $99.8 million in restricted shares was previously undisclosed in filings. Pichai also received a salary of $652,000.

The $99.8 million equity award came in January, prior to Pichai’s promotion to CEO. Pichai was also awarded restricted shares worth some $199 million in February of this year. That second offering of stock is the largest handed out to a Google executive on public record.

People talk about the Creator -
But surely he didn't create man only
to destroy him later! Because we are bad? And
who's to blame for that? Or because we are beautiful?
I can't make any sense of it.

    When your soul and mine
have left our bodies and we are
    burried alongside each other,
a Potter may one day mould
the dust of both of us
    into the same clay.

What are your thoughts, my friend?
Are you thinking about your ancestors?
They have returned to dust. About their merits?
See how I smile. Take the decanter and let us
drink and listen, quietly, to the great
    silence of the universe.

    Convictions and doubts,
folly and truth, these are but words,
as empty as a soap bubble. Rainbow-coloured
    or transparant, that bubble
    is a true picture
    of your life.

The most outstanding scholars of history
were walking in the darkness of ignorance.
And still, they were considered the torchbearers
of their age. What did they do? They left us
    some confused thoughts
    and passed away.

Don't look for friends at this merry-go-round.
Don't look for a safe hiding place. Accept your sorrows
with a strong soul and don't fancy you will find the remedy
that doesn't exist. In difficult times: smile.
    Don't depend on others because
    they can't help you.

the clay says to the potter moulding it:
"Remember, I have been alive like you,
    treat me with gentleness."

Why would Yahoo Admin use "Intern" instead of professional to deal with forums such as Yahoo Messages Board monitoring? How is it possible for one to have negative reaction to Khayyam peoms unless he/she is USING som beliefs to destroy Khayyam as a whole not just one poem or two. Why would Yahoo Admin give in to some LOW-LIFE bashers interpretation of Khayyam poems, or even see any profanity in it unless Khayyam TRIGGERING the MIND that sees the world that way.

    Yesterday I watched
    a Potter behind his wheel,
moulding the ears and curves of a vase
with clay that contained the skull of a sultan
and the hands of a beggar.

While Yahoo Admin let the bashers with their NONSENSE posting, its removing a regular notes or poems or article PROFESSIONALY researched because of seeing those posting the text do not have similar belief as they do. Why do I care what you believe in when I do not impose mine on you. Why Yahoo is NOT havive professional staffs to monitor the Message Boards contents instead of letting those "Intelligence" agents running from Yahoo basement to remove the messages based on someone BELIEF and NOT based on the facts. Why Yahoo is supporting the bashers while those "Intelligence" agents using Vringo and On2 making billions of dollars for few?

Even leading up to this trial, Oracle has been revealing secretive parts of Google's Android business. In January, Oracle revealed that Google paid Apple $1 billion in 2014 to keep Google search on the iPhone.

Oracle attorneys, using their own analysts, said they thought Android had generated $31 billion for Google, with $22 billion in profit.

Oracle is ready to reveal 'bombshell' details about Google's Android business

    Business Insider

Oracle's lawsuit was broken up into different parts — a trial on copyright, a trial on patents, and a trial on damages.

In the copyright trial so far, a jury first determined that Google did copy the code. But the judge basically overruled the jury's decision and handed the win to Google. Then an appeals court sided with Oracle and the Supreme Court refused to take the case, leaving Oracle's appellate win standing.

Now a new jury will decide whether Google had the right to use the code for free. If they decide the answer is "no," then they will have to figure out how much Google owes Oracle. Oracle originally sued Google for $6 billion in 2011, claiming that Android illegally copied part of Java, but the judge rejected the amount as being ridiculously too high.

So Oracle can be expected to go for the jugular to convince the world that it is owed a lot in damages.

We are the puppets and fate the puppeteer
This is not a metaphor, but a truth sincere
On this stage, fate for sometime our moves steer
Into the chest of non-existence, one by one disappear.

Khayyam, who stitched the tents of science,
Has fallen in grief's furnace and been suddenly burned,
The shears of Fate have cut the tent ropes of his life,
And the broker of Hope has sold him for nothing!

Of knowledge naught remained I did not know,
    Of secrets, scarcely any, high or low;
All day and night for three score and twelve years,
I pondered, just to learn that naught I know.

One brings those with GOOD look and unfortunate conditions with too many promises to TREAT them as "slave" girls as was reported on the news, another like Rumi lry to make his love of people by telling a simple but powerful stories.

    from Rumi:

A story is told of a man on the way to the pilgrimage who collapsed in the desert, overcome by thirst. Suddenly he saw in the distance a small and tattered tent. He struggled there, and seeing a young girl, he cried aloud, “I am a guest! I have attained my goal!”

Saying this, he sat down and asked for water. She brought him water that was hotter than fire and more brackish than salt, and from lip to throat it burned every part. The man, out of extreme compassion, addressed the woman. “I am indebted to you for what relief you have given me,” he said. “Compassion has welled up within me. Listen to what I say to you. Behold, Baghdad is nearby, and Kufa and Wasit and the rest. There you will find plenty of sweet, cool water, foods of various kinds, baths, luxuries, rich delights.” And he described the pleasures of those cities.

A moment later the Bedouin came on the scene who was the woman’s husband. He had caught a few brace of desert rats, which he told the woman to cook. They offered some to the guest, who being in such desperate straits ate them. After that, in the middle of the night, the guest slept outside the tent. The woman spoke to her husband. “Did you hear all the stories our guest had to tell?” And she repeated to her husband the guest’s entire account.

“Don’t listen to these things,” the Bedouin answered. “There are many envious people in the world. When they see others living a life of ease and abundance, they envy them and want to send them wandering away to deprive them of their fortune.”

So it is with many people. When anyone out of pure compassion offers them a piece of advice, they see it as envy. But if there are roots in a person, in the end they will turn their face to the truth. If, since the day of the Primordial Covenant a drop has been sprinkled upon them, in the end that drop will deliver them out of all confusion and misery. Come then! How long will you be remote from us and estranged? How long locked up in confusion and sadness? And what should we say to people who have never heard stories like this before, even from their own teacher? Since greatness never graced their forebears, They cannot bear to hear the great ones praised.

    from Discourses of Rumi
