If you haven't dumped your shares, perhaps you could put a little time into contacting a few people that might be able to change the game. Activist investor, Scott Black of Delphi management used to be a big shareholder. He might consider taking the company private.
Also Mike Starzer, the former CEO, has lots of allies in the oil business. I doubt many know this companies assets and infrastructure like Starzer. Might he consider taking Bcei private at this price.
Last but not least, West Face Capital represents the largest shareholder. They have tons of money. Contact them and see if they have something in the works in the way of an equity loan or potential to take Bcei private.
It's worth a shot to go out swinging. You know as well as I do that there are plenty of options available that are better for shareholders than bankruptcy. Don't let anyone steal your money without a fight bro.
