Look at the fundamentals. The company has not filed any financial information with the SEC, which makes one wonder if its shares should be trading at all. It has four full time employees. Its market cap is in excess of $200 million, yet revenues are well under $10 million annually. It competes against other much larger and better financed firms such as Solar City. SIRC loses plenty of money and traded below ten cents a share until it hired at least two PR firms to tout its stock as a momentum play. Is this the kind of stock that you want to own? Something you can sell to a greater fool?
