The company is finally acting with some business sense. They are cutting salaries, cutting positions which do not support the our singular focus and taking people who have no business sense off of the Board of Directors. It is clear to all that NS189 is the fourth and goal play for us so we don't need bashers or pumpers. Either you understand the state we are in an accept the risks or you don't. The low volume supports the view that most will stick it out and take the loss if necessary. The potential for NS189 to actually do some good in this world is worth some patience and support. I will lose a lot of money if it fails but I know that I used my financial resource to help my fellow man. I do wish the people in charge had more skill at money management but that argument is no longer germane.
This comment in Item 4.01 clearly raises some concern: "The Report for the year ended December 31, 2015 expressed that there was substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern." I failed to actually read the report so I did not have the benefit of responsible research. My error for sure. My hope is that a material change in the prognosis will grow as the latest study begins to yield fruit. clearly we need a positive outcome to stay as a "going concern." I hope for the sake of the people who suffer from depression that we enjoy success for it will only be through that success that CUR will be afforded the opportunity to fully develop the other treatments.
