I don't think Friendly's and FWM are the same animal. One was an old regional brand that did not keep up in a crowded market place with many similar brands and the other is a boutique niche player that has I relatively unique brand, there is only WFM and FWM, with a population base of 30 million people. My take is they will survive but with some bumps, like now

I live in Warwick and know the company and some of its employees. They have always been a good local company, locally owned. I don't know anything about Alteva and where there income is from. I would like to buy some shares, but the balance sheet look abysmal as per the info. here at Yahoo. I don't know where they get the dividend money from.
I have lived in Warwick since 1970 and WVT (old name) has been my local phone company. As far as growth goes I don't know where they will grow as they are mostly a copper line company with IP piece.

I don't know how you get fraud. Perhaps some management issues - but the balance sheet is strong they pay 3% dividend - the current ratio is +2. So where the fraud??
