    Dah ?? many trials are run with two "experimental" labels and especially in oncology where oncologist are very much free to do what the must .... Both olaparib+cediranib at one time were not approved in a trial design should I post others?

    Irinotecan ~ 102 and others of this type are still being used besides many third world countries don't used the latest NB, MAB blah, blah etc... their free medical care won't pay

    The simplest reason is even if Nektar is successful in removing some of the issues and more patients can use it for a longer duration that alone is a huge win ..like everyone I to have a slight paranoia about HR running trials that's what makes 214 different from the other trials...MDA and Yale are doing it .. it's what they do best
