Why on earth would they pay more than $81 on the open market? What you're seeing here is retail investors being taken for a ride. Heck, they may not be able to sell the shares at $81, we won't know until offering is fully sold.
Wait for the offering to close, should be any day now. Pulling back to 81 would be only 6%, and only temporary. It happens every time.
If the offering closes at $81 this will pull back to $81. Percentage wise that's a very small pullback.
The poster created his ID just for this post. He's probably working with the same firm that's manipulating the stock today.
Great, made tons off of it. Watching it at the moment for a nice short back to 81 but there aren't any shares available. You do realize that people are allowed to open and close positions multiple times?
At the moment it's to keep at at $32.99 or below. Fo farking annoying.
Yes there is a pattern. Someone is using the down days to pull this down below the indexes so that they can accumulate shares cheap. As others have noticed it's not uncommon recently for this to have $1.00 intraday swings.
You may wish to look at the balance sheet, they only have about $100 mil of cash left, nowhere enough. The MUST do a secondary for around $375-450mil.
You leave out that the market is already saturated with a number of treatments, and nothing in this study shows that this treatment is better than any of the other current treatments. This will run up for a few days, then they'll announce a massive secondary. Then the stock will fall to below the pricing of the secondary.
You do realize that this is a holiday weekend? And btw, here's $20 for a new keyboard. I'm expecting a selloff into the close. Who know what the EU or ISIS could dump on us while the US markets are closed on Monday.
