It seems that each time Vonage's stock begins to move upward, you sell shares and send the stock back down. I could envision an investor asking whether you are a stupid fool, but I'd then have to defend you. Of course we can all be sure that you're not given the wealth you've amassed at the tender age of 45. However, some of the things you're doing - such as selling shares in open-market transactions when plenty of research firms that cover your stock would gladly place them for you with quality investors in a non-messy, PR positive sort of way - would typically presage such a question. It might make sense for you to try and be smart about the decisions you make, rather than doing things that could be construed as stupid and foolish to the unwitting investor.
