AGN will pay down debt, and buyback AGN stock. Carl Icahn who announced that he bought a large position in AGN, stated on CNBC that he would not buy VRX. He went to say that there are too many unknowns.
You are correct. Ackman has experience with reorganizing in BK. Research GGP. VRX is going a lot lower than BK. Also look at CZR and what TPG is trying to do BK.
My suggestions have posted since March. VRX is a junkyard dog and there is no reason to own it. Government investigations, patient lawsuits, and the unknown revelations that are reported daily will keep tis dog down for three to five years with no degree of certainty that is will ever recover. Better places to put your money. elrrambu
Ackman will hang around as long as he has conviction in his bet. Remember HLF, he has been short for years. At this point he as nothing lose. His investment and profits in VRX are gone. What is left is chump change for Ackman. His credibility is on the line, So anyone looking for quick pop is hallucinating. Better places for your money like under a mattress. I have been posting similar messages since March, but many are not listening. elrrambu
Sad very sad. It is going to take three to five years to sought this mess out. Better places to put your money.
Yes he can buy another 2 million shares, if his firm allows it. But he will and you pinnaac will still be in red. Some things just doesn't make sense.
Your assessment does not take into consideration patient and shareholder lawsuits, government investigation, and a broken business model. VRX is junkyard dog waiting to die.
Ackman knows that with shareholder and patient lawsuits VRX will be three to five years to any possible recovery. VRX is dead money for years.
Think about it.
