Clearly CMG will show enough improvement this quarter for anyone to see the return to much higher levels is warranted. Much of the rise, however, will not wait for the earnings to come out as due diligent investors see the had writing on the wall.
He knew what he was doing. It was not unintentional. He and his "intlligencia" friends just wanted to sit back and watch the impact with 1st Amendment at the ready. A real jerk who likely will not face any consequences but should.
A famous writer? It would be "kind" to call him 3rd rate but not really fair to other 3rd rate authors. Carrying on another writers idea (to make money for Ludlow's estate as well as himself) is only slightly more legitimate than plagiarism. Neither demonstrates critical thought or creativity. He and his "editor" are the "intelligensia class" and something like blaming Chipotle for the editors excesses is just sport for these out of touch sleazebags.
Eric appears to be getting nervous and doing a little back-tracking and distancing himself from what he originally said. When the FBI learns that his supposed diagnosis from the doctors is bogus (from unsanitized foods), he can be prosecuted for starting an unsubstantiated rumor. This is not a 1st amendment issue. This is an attempt to take advantage of a set of skittish CMG investors. I would love to hear that he shorted this stock or had a close friend short it. Time for some of these twit trolls to face the consequences for their actions. Of course, based on FBI's director, he can use the ignorance defense like Hillary and be let off.
Everyone knows that Maxim is one of the most dishonest firms on wall street with calls like this intended to make themselves short term profits on weak-kneed investors. Wait a few hours and then buy. You will make money.
