Wonder how many shares were bought with "yuan" this morning.....shorts are flucked (as in Susan Fluke) LOL
Still think it's going private @ 7.50 - 8.50.
Going private more likely....less premium and chances of a bidding war remote (though not impossible).
They are class trolls one catches the fish.....and the fish gets crumbs.
7 Q. Why are there so many law firms involved?
A. It is typical in securities class action lawsuits that several law firms will file similar complaints. This is simply because different shareholders contact and retain different law firms to pursue the same matter. Generally, the cases will be consolidated and heard by the court as one lawsuit, with each of the law firms participating on behalf of their clients in a capacity to be determined by the court.
That's what I'm thinking.....just added fuel to SEC's fire.....hope he gets a nice cell with a roommate named Bubba.
Diluted shares by 16 percent......lowered cash by 17 percent.....for 7 percent debt reduction hot dawg! Shorts will own this for awhile more. Genius
Get a grip....no bank is going to buy with lawsuits, SEC and justice department baggage that this company has. If they want to do something to stabalize price and confidence provide some clarity about events that caused this disaster
"This bump in stock price is short term built on media hype. "
LOL show me one example of media hype I have never seen a stock pummeled by negative news more than this one. Someone is buying all these shares and it ain't just retail.
You have 6600 7.50 call contracts expiring today....no way it closes over by much. Next week should see some improvement. That's what happens with low volume stocks.
You're being unrealistic 4.50 is a major hurdle....but almost 500 million shares have changed since GS said they were reviewing their status.....how many were bought by GS customers? It's a rigged game. play with them not against.
Listening to CC last night this was most alarming:
"As a part of our increased investment in key areas of our business, we have made the decision to recruit a surgeon to our leadership team to strengthen our clinical, training and product development efforts. We are confident; this will also allow us to put our best foot forward in our future interactions with the agency."
So a surgical robotics company deems it necessary to bring on a surgeon for it's second submission to the agency.....imagine that.....sold and really do wish all good luck.
I'm sure Travis would welcome all who want to pay to read .
