I don't think they are gambling-- they are using derivatives to fix prices. Typically-- PEGI contracts to be PAID by its hedge counterparties fixed prices for the electricity it generates, and PEGI pays a variable rate. When the variable (market) rates for energy increase during a quarter...PEGI has an unrealized derivative loss....but it doesn't affect cash flow. Its acutally the OPPOSITE of the gambling you're worried about
So I took "advantage" of the free "upgrade" to windows 10....I was running 8 I believe. Worst move ever...now my computer is slow and halting. Whenever they come out with a "new and improved" product....stay away.
