    FARNBOROUGH, United Kingdom, July 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Boeing [NYSE:BA] and Xiamen Airlines announced today at the 2016 Farnborough International Airshow a Memorandum of Understanding for the purchase of up to 30 737 MAX 200 airplanes, valued at up to $3.39 billion at current list prices.
    The airline, which is already a 737 MAX customer, sees the MAX 200 as a fit for its low cost subsidiaries, including Jiangxi Airlines and Hebei Airlines.

    Hooz, I suspect the one factor that will sink Hitlary is the overwhelming number of independents who will vote for Trump and are not being influenced by the DNC or the dump trump republicans. They outnumber both Democrats and Republicans these days.

    As of the 29th, BA has delivered 64 planes. The last two days have cleared a lot of planes off the tarmac,

    I am going to start buying (nibbling) various equities starting tomorrow morning. This selling has been way overdone. Given the timeframe for Britain to exit the EU, and that Britain had only a miniscule participation in the EU to begin with, the only people making money are the brokers and those that had more info. The press has also been complicit in the way they present the situation.

    Boeing also signed an agreement with the Group's subsidiaries AirBridgeCargo Airlines and Volga-Dnepr Airlines to provide long-term logistics support for Boeing Commercial Airplanes and its partners using Boeing 747-8 and Antonov 124-100 freighters. Boeing and Volga-Dnepr Group will also enter into an agreement to look at future services opportunities.

    Last quarter they took their eye off the ball on delivery numbers. It should not be happening this quarter. Farnsworth should not be a distraction to meeting their delivery commitments. If it is, there is a significant organizational problem they need to solve fast. This would not have happened under the previous leadership.

    Final test of the new boom will come later this month when they refuel an A-10. That will allow them to complete the build of the first 19 planes.

    BERLIN, June 30 (Reuters) - Germany has grounded two of its three A400M military transport planes delivered by Airbus Group SE due to newly discovered gearbox issues on their turboprop engines, a spokesman for the German defence ministry said on Thursday. Airbus, Europe's largest aerospace company, is already due to replace one of the four engines on the first aircraft in coming days, the ministry said. The problem with the second aircraft was discovered on Thursday, it said, confirming news first reported by Germany's Spiegel magazine.
