You do realize that those stone plates do not cool down very fast. So where will they park all of them? How do you know if one is hot or not? Yesterday in the Daytona beach radio was doing an ad for Pie Five. Nothing special, but getting the word out and explaining how fast you can get your custom pizza. I sold in the teens, but still have my eye on this one. The concept is good, but the novelty wears off quick. The store size is all wrong, to large, they needed to have this as a plain Jane, get a pizza like you do a subway. Volume was what they should have gone after, instead of making franchise spend $450K per store.
They could have pop these out in same size stores as a Subway and cornered the market. Just my two cents. Glad I made money here. Hope to repeat it, if I see something positive. 85 stores and they still losing money. Good grief. Shows you there is something wrong with the business plan.
Maybe a one price for drinks for the entire family. If you have four, spending $40 for pizza is steep. Wake up management.
