Weav, its great that there are places selling GENSTRIP50 but until I see GENULTIMATE on retailers' websites like Rite-Aid, Walgreens, CVS etc. it doesn't do much for me. IMO.
Wow, why is there always a hatred toward shareholders here? Why go public then? We are all here with
varying timeframes to profit for our investment. Why the dislike toward shareholders making profit? It always perplexed me.... the logic??? IMO.
"No you shareholders are to blame for a 5 year nightmare for management that still doesn't stop. You complained and complained and a really bad guy shows up who ends up suing me (a shareholder) and the company and KB because he senses your frustration as a big weakness. He counts on you to keep damaging ths company and management on his behalf. He knows that you are meek lambs, big talkers. So he takes action. Do you think this guy cares about the success of the company or your store shelves. Thank yourself for that one fufat. I could go on and on. You people are menaces to yourselves. So put your courage where you big mouths are and come on in and take over the company. Otherwise well you know the otherwise."
Wow! So shareholders ARE to blame? Are you telling me that I'm to blame for managements 5 year nightmare
(whatever that means). How is it my fault and the fault of others who invested in this company and its product.
"Thank yourself for that one fufat."
Really? are you personally blaming me for any of what you posted?
"people who complain and are begging for action to occur."
Complaining / Begging??? more like Waiting in Silence for action to occur.
Is it true that we are free of any resistance to sell our product to anyone? Is the company in the business of selling glucose test strips? If so, then why aren't our strips being sold to main retail outlets? I have looked around brick and motor and online stores with hoping by now, after the victory in court against JNJ we would have our product out in the marketplace. As a shareholder, that is a concern to me.
It seems simple to me.. SELL STRIPS! Isn't that after many years the plan from the beginning. Victory in court against JNJ and then grow the company. If the company goes dark on its shareholders, what should we think?
"Hey let's have a poll. how many people who have been running this weekend bitttchfest have called the company and inquired? I'll bet none."
Why should I have to call the company. They should be communicating with its shareholders.
Bitchfest???? Really??? HERE'S AN IDEA..... SELL STRIPS!!!!!
So... Us shareholders are to be blamed for no products on store shelves? Why do you keep asking
shareholders to step up and take over the company? We are waiting for management to perform and carrying out the purported plan of selling strips and growing the company. Are we to expect this will occur in the near
future or anytime soon, if at all? What are we to believe? Can't expect people who invested in the company and the product to wear rose colored glasses when they are shut out.
"You shareholders are the ones that wanted Retail Monster to take over the company."
I can only speak for myself, No. I would expect Retail Monster to do what they are suppose to do for the
Manage, What I posted wasn't meant to come off negative toward KB. Some were saying he might leave and the stress level was getting to him and the shareholders were partly to blame. I know I'm not a contributing to his supposed stress. I've been here waiting and hoping just like the rest of us loyal/concerned shareholders to see our product expansion and company growth. We have been very patient and I feel a little gratitude is in
order. Us loyal shareholders are waiting for any indicators as to the company's status. We are left in the dark for months... I guess we should be thankful for that.
Add me to the list of potential CEOs? No thank you. I'm expecting/waiting/hoping for our management to
Actually, I really do think it is inferior to our product. Thankless shareholder??? So what am I suppose to be thankful for????? What has the company done for its shareholders???? No communication as to how the company has been progressing??? And I don't mean communication through press releases, communication like in seeing product on retail shelves or online stores. If I saw that our product was on a major retail stores online site, then I would know we are selling and there was progress and no other communication by the company was needed.
I'm concerned about this. As stated in a past PR, we have a 4 year contract with Retail Monster and they stated they have lined up 17 retailers to sell our product. Has anything transpired as to selling to these companies?
A lot of questions and not many answers. I've been here a while and truly do believe in this product and hope we see some kind of indicator as to the status of our company. Until then I guess I have no choice but to wait.
WOW "THANKLESS SHAREHOLDERS" REALLY??? It might be a good idea for KB to leave. If
concerned/loyal shareholders make him too stressed out LOL (poor excuse). Here's a thought....Why hasn't our product hit any retail shelves since we were free and clear of any JNJ resistance. I thought we were ready to go????
I know the inferior UNI-STRIP is resting on Walmart's shelves right next to the One Touch brand. They are in Walmart why isn't ours?
Strips, why are you so defensive against people who invest in this company and have questions? All I'm saying is if the company didn't go dark, questions and uncertainty wouldn't be an issue.
There's no need to attack me with your comments, but if it makes you feel better, I'm ok with it. Nothing you can say would bother me anyway.
Enjoy the day!

Strips, 1st off no need for any of this #$%$. How old are we? It seems that you are an angry person and any comments, opinions or questions that are Made toward the company is attacked with both guns a blazing. I
understand sealed settlement means sealed settlement, I'm not stupid, thats not what I mean by transparency.
It might be a shock to you but I'm no trader. But being a true long shareholder and being here for a while now I find it concerning that the company went dark when it comes to giving us shareholders a clue as to what is
happening. As you stated, the settlement is sealed but does that also include the business side of this
company? Are we moving forward with the business plan? Is there a plan?
The business is moving forward...right? I would think the company would have geared up and have all their ducks in a row to launch our products by now. I think they have had some time to get this ready. Shouldn't we be seeing product on retailer shelves now... Isn't Retail Monster supposedly gearing this up with supposed 17 retailers maybe more? My main concern is not the settlement and the details of it, but what is the company
doing at this moment to created growth and shareholder value for us shareholders? Staying quiet in the dark isn't what shareholders need, shareholders need confidence in the company, direction in where are we going from here. A conference call for their shareholders would be nice when the time is right.
...and btw shareholders don't need someone who is constantly looks down at them when they are asking
Remember the saying "the only time you should look down at someone is when are picking them up"

I'm not speaking for anyone but myself, forget a cash dividend or a stock buyback, lets look for the simple things first like a little transparency, created shareholder value. IMO.
Thank Dank for your comments, I agree....a shareholder conference call would be appropriate when the time is right. IMO.

Strips, who said anyone is ganging up on the company? All I posted was the definition of a shareholder. It wasn't my definition. According to Investopedia a shareholder is a company's owners. I posted this because I keep hearing that shareholders are not the owners of the company. IMO.
So according to Investopedia a shareholder is a company's owner, so I take it that the CEO and/or BOD are not exclusively the owners of a company. IMO.
According to your lengthy post it seems to me you are quite annoyed/upset to the fact that I posted the
definition of a shareholder. Why would you be annoyed? Aren't you a shareholder like myself? IMO.
Dank, I get what you said, but all I did was post the definition of what a shareholder meant according to someone else. Its not my meaning, So according to Investopedia, Shareholders are a company's owners. IMO.
Lets hope we hear something soon about any progress moving forward. IMO.
