Pending and Ominous Degradation by the Deteriorated DuPont Company!

    THE SUNDAY SIZE-UP

    Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag,

    Investors and DOW Shareholders,

Dow Chemical cannot be valued and assessed for the future without considering the unhealthy condition of its soon-to-be marital partner. Trouble is Dow will be pervasively infected by the grave sickness of the DuPont Company which by numerous financial metrics has shrunk and shriveled to half the size of robustly rigorous Dow Chemical.

One notorious negative: The ongoing Teflon Toxin Litigation overhanging DuPont and its stillborn spin-off Shamours. The final tab for some 3,500 tort lawsuits in federal court may soar to $3 billion to $5 billion.

Best hope for DOW shareholders: The U. S. Dept of Justice and/or Treasury, IRS, come forth with adverse decisions or rulings which will torpedo this ill-matched combination of unequals.

A fake "funfundvierzig" post and continuing harassment by the unethical trash in the DuPont Management camp!

Dow Women & Men, see the sleaze and hostility you have to look forward to in the combined workplace? These arrogant DuPont types from the dwarf state of Delaware will sneer and look down on you and make your lives miserable. Not kidding.

  • Coupling Dow With A Mediocre AG Organisation from DuPont Does Not Fire Up A Supreme AG Leader! Imprelis, Tell Us!

    THE WEAK IN REVIEW

Good Evening, Bonsoir, Guten Abend, Buenas Noches, Buona Sera,

    Readers,

Slamming together two abrasively different cultures and competitively self-protecting Managements into one ag conglomeration will hardly ignite a global agricultural DoDu, Inc juggernaut.

Currently, the lackluster DuPont AG pays hundreds of $millions in license fees every year to global seed leader Monsanto in order to plunk Monsanto's superior GM seed traits into DuPont Pioneer's otherwise inferior conventional seed line-up. Adding Dow AgroSciences to the mix will not dethrone Monsanto from its leadership role in innovative seeds.

Nor will DoDu, Inc take the leadership role in ag chemicals/crop protection. Dow Chemical currently is number four in the world, and DuPont, number six in ag chemicals. Post-merger, world leader, Syngenta, will still hold the number one position, and Bayer, number two.

Despite all the hype and hokum coming from the PR tricksters in Fortress Wilmington and Midland, Michigan, the combined agricultural spin-off will still be ho-hum, middling at best.

Fellow LSBG Shareholders, the hostile heckler with the derogatory I.D. "nomofunfun" has previously identified himself as a proud bonus-paid Manager for the DuPont Company. The undersigned has been targeted for cyber-harassment and systematic personal attacks over the internet because we have dared to question the performance and quality of DuPont Management.

What a sickeningly corrupt organisation in the dwarf state of Delaware! With unprofessional, unethical, and resentfully under-educated trash like this in the ranks, is there any wonder DuPont crashed and burned so dramatically in the 21st century?

Incidentally this ignorant DuPont heckler is unaware that the word, "focussed",has more than one proper spelling in the rich english language.

Conservatively managed and under-priced Lake Sunapee Bank Group has long been under the radar, selling for lengthy periods of time below book value.

We begin acquiring shares of the Lake Sunapee Savings (later New Hampshire Thrift Bankshs, NHTB, and then again Lake Sunapee Savings Bank Group, LSBG) in September 1988 at a split-adjusted price of 3.25, and kept adding to our position. For 28 years, this bank has supplied us with a steady and increasing stream of dividend income.

We have more than once mentioned this bank and other community and regional banks to investors as an alternative to intractably troubled, and fraud-inflicted mega banks, such as Bank of America and Citigroup.

Successful investing is a function of patience, and often, good luck.

Looks like the acquisition by Bar Harbor Bankshs will propel LSBG skyward tomorrow to circa 17.00!

A good show indeed for all the loyal and patient holders of LSBG shares.

  • Erik Fried-Well Named New Syngenta CEO

    Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag,

    Readers, back to the past.

Erik Fyrwald was the Group Vice President of DuPont AG & NUT, 2003 to 2008, commanding the ultimately failed development and commercialisation of DuPont Management's first major attempt to create a genetically modified seed trait to compete with superior managed Monsanto. The very costly result was DuPont OptimumGAP, which could not be planted in farmers' fields "without risk" (DuPont Management's own words). This embarrassing failure enhanced the substantial lead Monsanto had over the misfiring, lagging DuPont, an Optimum GAP for MON shareholders.

In his defence, Mr. Frywald did struggle under the tumultuous regime of the bumbling DuPont über boss from the hills of Nashville, namely Chad OMG Holliday, Jr, a slick politician of limited education and even more limited business talent.

Hopefully for SYT shareholders, Mr. Frywald has matured and will not infuse Syngenta with the damaging and inept culture of the Management of the shriveled and dysfunctional DuPont Company.

As a Syngenta shareholder, we wish him well…funfun.

Big Bosses of Shamours Fake "A Solid Start"

Oh, one more thing, CC never collapsed as far as "around $2"; It lost 85% of its value by Jan. 19, 2016, trading at a historic low of 3.06. Then a frantic DuPont Management pumped in $440 million to keep the enterprise alive. A dead cat bounce followed.

Dear Heckler, if you are so terrified of a foreign thought immigrating across the border of your limited brain, perhaps you should skip over our independent commentary. If you want to be hoodwinked by DuPont and Shamours Management that this is "a world-class, strong independent company" with a great promising future, no legal issues worth mentioning, that's fine with us. No objection.

If you like the action of CC to date, from 22.25 June 19, 2015 to nine and change today, May 4, 2016 10 months later, that's O.K. Your lower bar and standards are perfectly appropriate for you. No disagreement here.

    We simply think otherwise.

    Carry on...funfun..

CC Shareholders, it's is telling that dirty-operating DuPont employees have invaded the board this morning, with the mission of distracting attention from the dismal problems confronting Shamours by launching vile personal attacks on outside investors with independent opinions.

One particularly nasty avowed DuPont employee on the DuPont AG payroll, "notthatbright" brazenly lies and pretends she knows our private investment portfolio. Clueless, she apes the culture of DuPont Management that lies and deception trump commercial reality any day! Imprelis Tell Us! Teflon Toxins, Tell Us!

Never forget Shamours is being run by leftover DuPont Management and their flawed business model.

In a single vindictive paragraph scribbled by this avowed DuPont employee, "notthatbright", Dow Women & Men, you can get an idea of the oppressive and stressfully controlled workplace at the highly hierarchical DuPont organisation.

Get caught daring to think for yourself or having a safety concern, or having an ethical reservation about something your DuPont bosses are trying to pull, you'll be slammed, career crippled. Step out of line, and hostile, hate-filled DuPont employees like this admitted DuPont representative, "notthatbright", will be sent out as enforcer, a sleazy enforcer to harass and cyber-stalk with systematic vicious personal attacks and defamation.

What a sickeningly corrupt organisation in the dwarf state of Delaware...coming soon to a Dow Chemical facility near YOU!

  • Dreary Q1 2016 Painted with Pollyanna

Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag, Buenos Dias, Buon Giorno,

Out tumbled the numbers yesterday, May 2, 2016 on Q1 results. Debt-choked Shamours continues its liquidation in Q1 2016 dumping assets and business lines, with sales down, total adjusted EBITDA down, net sales in all three business segments down, and the quarterly dividend machete-slashed to three pennies from $0.55 paid in Q3 2015, a whooping drop of 95%…and get this, the batty President & CEO of Shamours, Mark Verguano proclaims with pronounced Pollyanna, we're off to "a solid start". What tortured PR damage control, if not outright deception.

"Solid start". We would hate to see a weak start!

And not a single word in the fluff of the official Shamours PRESS RELEASE about the massive overhang of DuPont Toxic Teflon Chemical Litigation dumped on Shamours at the time of this stillborn spinoff mid-year 2015! Not a single dollar set aside for contingency legal reserves relating to 3,535 Teflon Toxin tort lawsuits in federal court, the liability of which may ultimately tower to $3 billion to $5 billion!

Whom do these fakers in Fortress Wilmington think they are fooling?

Merely the morning commentary of one independently-minded and speaking individual investor…funfun..

Dow Women & Men, DOW Shareholders.

The above hostile heckler is an admitted veteran DuPont employee on the DuPont AG payroll. She lies and lies, aping the corrupt DuPont corporate culture, a culture which will soon contaminate the Dow Chemical organisation and degrade Dow's values.

The undersigned was never "kicked to the curb" or fired by DuPont.

"Notthatbright" is the sort of unprincipled, unprofessional and resentfully under-educated trash in the ranks of DuPont with whom you will be forced to work or soon take orders from as a supervisor! Welcome to the grimy world of DuPont and its Rotten-to-the-CORE VALUES!

Unfortunately, two of the three spin-offs, Agriculture and Specialty Products will be headquartered in the insular dwarf state of Delaware. How in the hell did Liveris allow this to happen?

Dow Men & Women, you can certainly get a good idea of how DuPont's arrogant Management and their heckling employees on the internet hold Dow Chemical in such contempt, with such hostile condescension. Why, they think Dow is just that little sister chemical-maker up in Midland, Michigan, circa 50 years ago!

That is odd because this morning we added to our position in ACAD in two margin TD Ameritrade accounts @ 32.29 and 32.31. The trajectory of this stock is upward, in our opinion, which should be validated tomorrow morning in active trading. As for as biotechs go, this one is golden with a verified wonder drug in hand, all set to go.
