I also liked the report but how many times does it rise and then fall again. Good thing I bought at 3.00 in the collapse. Bought for the dividend given they had so much cash.
Speaking of cash, why hasn't someone bought them out and used the cash to do it? Cut management and be really profitable. I'd be happy to get $15.00/share.
LY they made some money but I just read that post-trial legal expenses will continue but will be less than the $1.1M incurred in the prior qtr. If just 30% of that is incurred then OBCI will lose money.
If the legal firm wants to go public I'm in since they have OBCI as a steady client(note to new viewers: this also happed a few years ago and OBCI won but had major expenses). Maybe if they spray the attorneys with Performicide.
Remember they said that there were substantial legal expenses with the concluded lawsuit and they will be expensed in the quarter. Plus, based on previous years, there is a 50-50 chance that they will use the old saw "cold weather has delayed the opening of the boating season" to explain the 3% sales increase which will not generate any bottom line results since advertising and promotions will have gone up substantially.
