Why are you posting to stuff from nearly 3 months ago? Things looked a t whole lot different then than they do now, so your responding now seems pretty stupid. Yeah, in hindsight the posters from 3 months ago look like idiots, but that was way before the futility halt.
Buy em out huh? Don't know wny some posters keep making up comments they can't support. You have no way of knowing what AZ is going to do. Even if they are looking to buy out a small biotech, I doubt they're in any rush to do so. They can afford to sit back and wait for test results from their partnering companies, and they've probably got some kind of exclusivity clause in their contracts which give them 1st rigthts to any drug that may work. So imo, it's going to be a long time before tpiv may see any buyout offers, if ever.
Looks like it already is helping. Don't know why though. IMO Zach's is self serving rag, and usually a contrarian indicator.
Today isn't over yet, but it's been 4 months since tpiv traded under 50k shares. Share price is holding up pretty weill, but guess that's because there's no interest one way or the other.
The paperboy is extremely obnoxious, but there are news articles out that support what he's saying. They are just analysts opinions though, and we all know what opinions are like, and everyone has one. For every positive you read about oil, there's a negative one saying just the opposite. I don't know why ORIG is up today since oil is down, other than Zacks is pumping them. Usually it's a good idea to do the opposite of anything Zachs says. I do believe that ORIG will need to see oil over $60 to make a sustained recovery, and since the price of oil is range bound at this moment in time, who know when that will happen
Yeah, so what. Price is still .46. Guessing those that are selling, probably lost money, and those not willing to sell are in the red, and are holding on.
You've actually seen posts on a stock message board related to facts? Maybe one post for every 1000 is based on any kind of facts, especially in penny stock land. No one knows where this stock is headed, at least not for sure. IMO everyone who makes a prediction on a penny stock is just guessing. Sure they may guess right every now and then, but none the less, still guessing. I'd guess hdmitv is probably right. This stock is headed down.
Pumpers, bashers, whiners, gloaters, and idiots. If you're looking for normal posters, they're few and far between. Seriously doubt that anyone was totally confident about what was going to happen after the trial was stopped. Guess it just makes people feel better to believe it was all a mistake and the trial would be restarted. That ending was a long shot at best. Things should bet back to the new normal for gale. They've screwed investors and can now work towards relieving the next bunch of their investment money. Expect share price to drop further and daily trading volume to drop back below 5 million.
There's the 10 cent warrant story again. Wondered if you got tired of being stupid and decided to leave. Guess we couldn't be that lucky. Geez the private investor didn't prop up the share price at the of the day yesterday. What happened. Don't bother responding moron.
I'm just wondering why gale didn't do the offering 3 weeks ago, when it was over $2, or why they did this offering so fast for .45. Are they afraid that if they waited another month they'd only half as much? All seems a little rushed and fishy to me.
If AZ was going to pay that much then they'd have to know they're getting a product that's going to work and will be approved by the FDA. Too early to know if any of those things will happen, so I'd have to agree with uawpf, you're making up stories attempting to pump this stock. So like he said, GET LOST.
You're still very new to stocks, yet you acknowledge that you bought GALE years ago. What's your definition of new? Anyone who hasn't been in the market for at least 20 years? Everything you said about bashers is correct, but the same statement apply to pumpers who constantly make claims and predictions, which they usually pull out of thin air. Basically just a lot of hoping going on with this stock right now. I'll be surprised if there's any kind of reversal on the futility termination. Doesn't mean the stock is dead. Just means that they've take a few steps backwards instead of forwards.
How do you know what the industry standard is? Who started the buyout rumor? You? Believe you're just making up pump fodder.
You actually believe he got a reply from the SEC? I don't believe the SEC could hire enough staff to respond to all the complaints they get about companies, and their wheelings and dealings. The go after the most atrocious violators and probably consider the damage the smaller companies do as the cost of doing business.
You mean wanting to cover? Whatever you mean, I doubt it. They may have indications for this drug, but this trial is pretty much dead.
You're wasting your breath on ole Marv. Nothin but a basher. First time he didn't bring up his repetitious millions and milliions of ten cent warrants justification. Definitely a loser.
There's at least one Marv on every stock message board. Usually a lot more a penny stock board. Like the guy said below, either iggy them, read their bs and take it with a grain o salt, or just laugh em off as more or less on the insane side. They usually beat the same subject to death, so it's pretty easy to just jump rght out of their posts. Surprised Marv isn't her posting about how we should be careful when the share price jumps at the end of the day. Of course when it does it day after day it doesn't mean much.
You keep posting the same thing and it seems like each time you the share price drops a little lower. Maybe you should just shut up, or at least give some reasons why you think it's going back to $3. Just saying it should sure as heck isn't working, and it makes you sound like you're only here to pump. Guessing $3 is the price you need to get your money back. Got news for ya. It could be a quite awhile before you see that happen.
Can't argue with that. If for some reason they find a way to reverse their futility decision, then there should be some law suits filed. Seems like a bunch of manipulation anyway. Perfect example of how crooked/rigged the stock markets really are.
