hey Phil, I'm thinking that the Put play this Q is a no go....I tried it last year at this time and it didn't work....I think this is undervalued, and will go up more after a slight drop on EX.
just my opinion.
there's another board where everyone went. still sharing option strategies, and ideas on different stock plays.
there has been no mention of the REITS for the last year. moving on to other sectors.
AND if the interest rates rise, the money we spend on the interest grows...keep doing that revolving credit thing, and at some point you have to pay the Piper!!
the ONLY reason that the deficit is only 700 billion is because of the sequester!
Are you kidding me! Sustainable?? Now the Dem's are talking of an unlimited credit line AND elimination of the "sequester" budget cuts.
The proof that spending is too high is that we have to keep INCREASING our credit line!!
I've got a lot of these shares, and bought more at 25.60 yesterday....so I don't think the div. will be missed. All I'm saying is that you would have to hold till after April 5th, 2017 AND get called on the shares to receive the dividends that are in unpaid.
Plus, If the company dissolves , holders of the Series A Preferred Stock will
have the right to receive $25.00 per share, plus any accumulated and unpaid
dividends to, but not including, the date of payment, before any payment is made
to the holders of our common stock.
those missed dividend payment have to be made, but do you have to hold till maturity to get them??
If you sell after a missed payment, I doubt you'll get it.
haha...panic buying, that made me laugh :). I've got 40 option contracts today. Hope the all time low of today holds!
They are lemmings, and they are diving! ARR hits all time low today, and people are panic selling.
It all depends on how and what you buy...I bought 2 distressed properties on a cash only requirement. I've seen 24% return on one, and 15% on the other, not to mention the property appreciation we're seeing now. There's tax advantages as well.
There are probably some good deals left, but you have to look much harder.
GLAD we got into this one! I know it's outside of the rules, but I'm thinking of putting a sell order in for 11.00 since I can't watch all day for the next week.....would be a 46 cent gain per share for me...any thoughts?
It's nice when you don't see all the noise on the boards, but it's starting to be a full time job keeping up with the IGNORE button!
