Are you saying this is a lie? Management hasn't executed in a long time. I live in Pleasant Prairie, Wi where there is an UGG's outlet store. I stopped in the store a few weeks back to see if there were any sandals for sale. There were 3 clerks in the stores - doing nothing - no customers and only UGGS for sale none of Deckers other brands? What a waste of retail space and personnel. These are only rock bottom prices if the stock goes up and so far it hasn't in a long long time. GLTL

  • How that buyback of shares doing guys? I believe the last I heard you bought a bunch in the high 50's. Can't wait to hear what you bought this quarter - maybe you can give us the average price per share. I really hope you aren't giving raises for performance. GLTL

Management should read the Sunday NY Times article on buybacks.

How many times have they increased the amount of their buy backs? It hasn't helped yet so why believe it will now. In fact I believe they have bought stock back at a lot higher price then the stock price is now so it hurts shareholders. IMO - they should declared a dividend and screw the shorts.

I agree Angel's management team should be held accountable for their poor performance. Instead they will get raises, bonuses and more options. They run the Company and they do buybacks and the stock drops - don't say they know what they are doing bcaus this has been going on for years.

Yes they beat last quarter and are still fading. Management should be able to do better then they are doing which is driving the stock price down. Are you saying if management issued a dividend instead of buying back shares that there wouldn't be less shorts? Yes I do believe management should be able to forecast exchange rates and hedge cost of goods (i.e. sheepskins, etc.) what do you think they are paid for? There is a lot more management should have done over the last few years not the last quarter. I posted before I thought the stock price was near bottom and I do believe the share price will rise but I also believe Management should be held accountable for the current performance instead of getting raises, bonus and options. Maybe you are part of the management team and don't understand your position.

I can't agree with you more. I think management thinks they are doing a great job. I don't see them turning down raises, bonuses or option while shareholders get screwed. These guys suck.

In 2011 the stock price was $80 where is it now? Why are the shorts in control because management buys back stock instead of paying a dividend. How is the buy back working I believe the avg cost on the CC was 67+ maybe 69 where is the stock price now - that buyback is really helping. I expect results not excuses - who is profiting Management - I believe they continue to get raises, bonuses and options while under performing. Next excuse will be warm weather, valuation of dollar, etc. You should open your eyes and look at how management has performed over the years not 1 qtr. GLTL

Who is management holding accountable for continued mismanagement. Stock price continues to fall - what is being done - probably issuing more raises, bonuses and options for sub-par performance.
