Obviously a bogus news release. No one in their right mind would pay $3 million for 15% stake in a $2 million company. How stupid does Reinhard think people are?
This is exactly the same announcement as last year only with Taxus. Nothing came of that and nothing will come of this "agreement"
I would like to see a financial statement to see where all the "millions" are.
What a joke, and the SEC lets them get away with it.
Don't bury my message brjj7, this needs to stay on top to protect people from you.

It is the Commission’s policy, however, to conduct inquiries on a confidential basis. This is done to protect the integrity of an investigation from premature disclosure and to protect the personal privacy of persons with respect to whom unfounded charges may be made. Thus, subject to applicable provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, as amended, the existence or non-existence of an investigation is generally not disclosed unless it is made a matter of the public record in proceedings instituted before the Commission or in the courts.
