They need to average 67.5k tests in the next two quarters to hit 240k. Feels like that is going to be tight if the q4 holiday season dynamic plays out the same way this year.
MB still works on my phone, but it seems many can't get on. Too bad, right when things were turning positive foresults EXAS. Hopefully, Yahoo will return to the old style soon.
Kleen, I'm becoming increasingly convinced the SI was leaked, and this rumor was started to make new shorts soil themselves
Holy cow! I suspeat that SI was leaked, ILMN rumor started to tweak the shorts a little bit. Shorts are most definitely NOT in control any more.
Sweet, so in 8 years when USPSTF gets around to revising the CRC guidelines again, there might be another screening test that those that don't want a colonoscopy can choose from? I'm OK with that. By then, EXAS will have a couple million repeat customers that will be perfectly happy to continue using CG. Maybe the serum testing can deliver the knockout blow to the useless FIT test, if CG has not already done so by then.
I think most longs realize that UNH would be the last payor to come on board (at least that has been my thinking). This is a non-event, IMO.
Pull up a 5-year chart. On the way up a few years ago, $11.70-ish was a pivot point. Was resistance a couple times, and then served as support. A breakthrough and hold of this level should push us towards $12.50, and the start of the gap.
KC is not likely to raise guidance, unless he is convinced they will do 280k+. In which case, he might guide to 250k or 260k. Most are assuming that the ad campaign and the revised USPSTF guidelines will meaningfully add to 2H completed tests, but I suspect that the ramp, while steeper, won't be as steep as most on this board want it to be.
steph - that re-vote petition is a complete sham. Hackers have added millions of signatures. Some of the IP addresses trace to North Korea. ZERO chance of a 2nd referendum.
