By all means MM pull them. What you will find is that OSIR is NOT catching up. The ratio is still 3:1 so although the space is growing the leadership position is not changing. And, I will point out another fact. Who cares about the VA? At $1 million for 2 months that is a run rate of $6 million/year for MDXG, a company that will do over $300 million revenue next year so the VA represents about 2% of MDXG's business. Now that I am thinking about it, this whole exercise is a waste of time since we are arguing over an immaterial part of their business.
Something is very odd with that site. That is EXACTLY what I did when I got those numbers. I just did it again and I got $441,793 for OSIR through yesterday. However, I also did MDXG again for the two contract numbers (one os sals through AvCare and the other for MDXG sales direct) and got 1,253,249. SO, though my OSIR number was way low I was also low on MDXG and your MDXG was ridiculous. It's still a 3:1 ratio
Given his losses in OSIR, he likely needs to get a job and get off welfare. Turns out MDXG posted a job that he MIGHT be qualified for and an opportunity for him to get involved with a bona fide company.
A Maintenance Technician will provide support for some or all areas of facilities maintenance and manufacturing.
Perform preventative maintenance and general repair/service, maintain facilities, move office furniture and equipment, setup cubicles, drive forklift, build equipment, trouble shoot and repair equipment.
arts, you are another OSIR nitwit. Of course there is a noncompete. Hence the lawsuit filed last week against the dirtbag who was negotiating with Wright for a job while he was working on the acquisition for MDXG of Stability as well as all the other proprietary work he was doing for MDXG. This guy is going to get fried along with Wright. Not only did he violate a noncompete but was negotiating for a job knowing he was leaving while continuing to collect proprietary info he knew he would use when he violated the non compete. What an idiot. The briefs make great reading.
Both those numbers are wrong. Happy to email anyone the spreadsheets if they like
I previously posted sales comparing MDXG and OSIR for the VA. I just double checked by downloading into Excel files and my original numbers are off. The numbers below are from 4/1 thru yesterday. For OSIR contract numbers are V797P4478B AND VA24416P115. FOR MDXG they are V797D40303 AND V797P4076R. MDXG total is $789,584 and for OSIR $156,195. Mania, if you believe I have left off a contract number related to OSIR please provide it and I will verify.
But you are correct..the brief in support of the motion for TRO is 32 pages
I have read the complaint....it is actually 52 pages. Seems like a straight forward case for MDXG in my legal opinion. It's available on the Pacer system.

$MESO trading halt day 3 with no explanation. I wonder if it relates to $OSIR criminal investigation.
maniac, no need for Scotty to waste his time. I already did that.
I used to work for one of the Big 4 firms, when they were the big 8 and have worked with EY as a client. It's possible EY didn't know they what they were getting into until they got into it very deep. EY is probably the most conservative of the Big 4 Not sure they will want to be associated with a client which is under criminal investigation. Reflects poorly on them. But, depends who is under investigation, former execs or any current execs,
One of this company's paid hacks just posted on a board I follow (an actual bona fide public company) that this company has huge news. LOL. I just read the press release the other day quoting "sales agents" by their first names how much money they are making. One of the funniest press releases I have ever seen a public company put out, and, I have seen some funny ones. Juts another penny stock whose symbol you won't be able to find next year.
I was curious to see what has been going on at the VA the past two months. Grafix sales for the last two months $144,654. Epifix sales $857,380. Numbers take from the official US government spending dot gov site. And the funny thing on OSIR board is the nitwit that keeps comparing Academy Medical sales to Avkare claiming that share of Grafix is going up ignoring the fact that MDXG now also sells direct to the VA bypassing Avkare. OSIR folks do like to play games with numbers though, based on history.
tech fan, hey numbnuts, you better stop comparing AvKare to Academy. MDXG amended its contract with AvKare awhile ago to allow MDXG to sell DIRECTLY to the VA so if you want to compare EpiFix sales to Grafix you have to compare Academy/Avkare+MDXG. You are leaving out a big part of the denominator, i.e. all the EpiFix MDXG is selling directly to the VA NOT through Avkare. You must work for OSIR based on your propensity for "fun with numbers.
