They bash any attempt Valeant makes toward recovery. Its astonishing how quick the petty headlines come out after a strong move.
Could be any day, could be never.
They are seeking FDA approval for their therapy or treatment I am not trying to split hairs on whether you want to call it a drug or a treatment. If it gives you some satisfaction to say they are not developing a drug then have at it. The fact is they are a biotech trying to get FDA approval to achieve a buyout. They don't have enough shares to manipulate and aren't nearly smart enough to pull off what is being spouted on this board. This is shorting and I hope an announcement comes shortly that buries them but it rarely comes when you want it.
Simply BS the strategy makes no sense especially with inside ownership being so small. This shorting has brought this down and what will change it is a development. Don't know what investor institution teaches that bringing a stock price down is good for dilution but everyone should avoid that university. The one thing I agree with is management is not concerned about shareholder value at this point. They are looking strictly for an approved drug and buyout. Info
Nobody's a loser here except for you. If you can't discuss and ask questions on a message board you are too committed and a shouldn't be posting. I only asked because many stocks are not short-able when trading under $5 genius. I don't understand the downtrend after such positive news, especially for 3 consecutive days. Two good responses and one poster who should have slapped himself a few times and put himself to bed.
Only the Big Boys have the profits.
