I note that you are getting no replys because the longs here do not like what you have to say. You are dead on bankruptcy is a definite possibility or reorg almost as bad for MLP holders. News could not be worse. No div, senior notes, perhaps more stock offering, then they say they are going to pay down debt and then say they may have to borrow more from the facility or eq that they are paying down and oil in the tank for the distant forever. I did not realize that they were so dependent on selling products to the oil drilling industry. If they survive it is dead money for well beyond the short term. Glad I am out at about $24 with a small loss about the time the KMI fiasco happened. I still like a few selected MLPs--HEP, TEP, CINR, EVA and KNOP. Given todays environment many are close to a ponzi scheme.

what kind of scam is this how can it perform so well, what are they doing differently from other insurace cos ???
I would be very pleased with the $5 to $7 range that you speak of while collecting the div from DHT. In this market that would be great ! So just cap the ends and I will buy all I can !
you would do well to go to a website that tells what an MLP is as a complete answer to your question. MLPs do not pay dividends, they pay distributions.
there are actually 2 articles on SA about CPLP. Both the authors are long the stock and give a very balanced and complete view and between the 2 give a good picture of the future for the company. Depending on how things go down they project a coverage ratio of 1.05 to 1.3 for the near to mid term for the stock. both are well worth reading.
or could it just be because it is an MLP. look at these other good ones for example they are all down TEP,HEP,CINR I think all have positive FCF
Is this throwing out the baby with the bathwater or what, these MLPs are getting hit whether they have positive FCF or not, look at TEP, HEP and this one. what am i missing here ?
this is year end but the stock is weak price wise, why, is it because obamacare is in a fair amount of trouble in the state enchanges
I am fortunate to have a small farm in Iowa. just decided to put it in CRP in a pheasants forever program. we still are going to need some of the stuff UAN makes for the corn land but the price sucks for sure.
