In spite of my usual critical comments about the stock,my complaints about the traders of the stock and the analysts. When I sell the stock in 10-15 years from now I will still pay taxes on the dividends when I sell,But do I get a break on those dividend taxes in 10-15 years from now.
This stock should not be trailing stocks like PAA and getting clobbered by ETP. I want to see some days when our stock goes up $1 or more. ETP has been pay a dividend of $1.06 a quarter. We never compete against TEP,Oneok,MMP or Gel. Why not?
EPD is a great company, but the stock trades like an elephant to the upside. Its almost feels like it is algorithmic controlled. Their are some strong MLP's that offer nice capital gains. I would really do some studying before you buy you invest. Right now EPD is like a early 1980's bank stock that has sailed on hard times since the split in 2014.
EPD has a bright future, but I did not come here years ago, just for dividends.
