That would result in a Clinton victory in 2016. Demographically, if Trump was held to two or three nationally televised debates and he went on and expressed a desire to exclude an entire religion (Muslims), to expel members of a major sub-group (Hispanics, Latinos, or Mexican-Americans), dog-whistled black Americans in any way, and offered nothing more (except ridiculous bombast due a lack of historical and foreign affair knowledge) and nothing substantive, he would lose in the same fashion he is about to lose in November. It would force each candidate into a more serious examination of the problems and possible solutions, and bigotry and racist beliefs would be unacceptable on its own. Of course, if the country was 90% white (or 70 or 80 or 90% for any single group) then this kind of prejudice could still succeed. Right now, the problem today for bigoted white racists in America is there is a combination of groups (that produce a narrow but increasing majority that only grows due to birthrates and inter-marriage) that are no longer resisting but ensuring that what has been the case for America's entire history will not be allowed to continue or be anymore.
