Sorry guys, no PR today or buy out from big pharma. If you have the stomach to weather the sell off until the next conference or earnings good for you. In the mean time stay losing. No position now as I covered today, but might long some before the next conference as It'll pop again. ISR=$$ATM, play it accordingly and you'll make money, don't fall in love with a stock it's the most stupid thing you can do. GLTA.

Don't give it a lot of thought, I did my research and invested my money accordingly. I wanted to post some facts in order to create this argument and possibly learn something new. But I failed on that, good luck on your investment though.

I commend you on your reply, at least someone adding some decent info. However, I'm not coming up with any lies. On the 10-Q filled on 2/13/14 on page 20 there's an item of interest: " management believes that the company will require additional equity investment to maintain its common stock's listing status the NYSE market" further more on page 22: "Failure to comply with NYSE listing standards and any resulting delisting could adversely affect the market for our common stock. We anticipate falling below the minimum stockholders equity requirement for the quarter ended March 31st, 2014. We may need to raise additional capital sooner than anticipated to meet listing standards if the warrants sold in august 2013 are not exercised (which raises more dilution concerns). If we are unable to raise this capital our shares may become delisted"
There you go, that was written by Babcock not me. Again I'm stating facts, draw your own conclusions.

I did not want to get in your skin man, but I did, sorry. Your poorly elaborated replies tell a lot about you, more so the fact that you disqualify somebody because of his/her name, very mature. Anyways, keep drinking the kool-aid and losing money my friend. I can only imagine how were the boards were you participated, all longs in this board look up to you!!

I did some DD and came up with that, I did not mention the company is not turning profits. They gained FDA approval in 2003 and still losing money, c'mon just look at the chart and tell me it doesn't resemble a P&D. It seems like the one that doesn't know anything about this pos is you. Either a pumper or a bagholder from 52's.

  • javiertejada by javiertejada Apr 14, 2014 8:37 PM Flag

for a PR or some bs about an FDA approval that happened 11 years ago, in the meantime watch the PPS go down each day with along with "long traps" set by MMs like the one on Friday. Do some DD on SEC filings and you'll see this company is just trying not to get delisted from NYSE that's why they offered stock at 2.60 (dilution) and some phony analyst (the only one by the way) came up with a PT of 3.5. Not bashing, it's just facts, all of them a google search away.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • I short or go long as needed to profit. I couldn't care less about bbry's turnaround but it seems that the balance is leaning to the long side. Continued good news + huge short interest, you bet I got in today at $15.10 and plan to ride this up trend possibly all the way to $18 and maybe more. Human psicology my friends dictates the price action from now on.

LOL, well put man. I feel for the bag holders. This is gonna go back to $7 very soon.

They lost their cred and each one of their emails is nothing but a joke, CCUR is just a poster child for NIA's inability to pump a stock. There are opportunities galore in the market right now and way better newsletters out there. Stick with CCUR and get ready to lose, although I doubt anybody is still long given the pathetic volume. I unsubscribed from NIA long ago and so should you.

I really don't care if NIA makes money or not in their pumps, all I'm saying is they have no cred anymore and CCUR is just not happening. Before you call people idiots from the comfort of your dad's basement, you should learn at least to write in a logical way, when you use a double negation as in: "if you don't think lebed can't move this your (sic) naive", you're actually affirming that those who believe in Lebed are doomed, which I believe is not what you meant as you probably have a picture of Lebed in your basement. Finally and for the nth time is not "your", it is "you're". How many times do people have to correct you? good luck with the 100 shares you bought at $8.25.

NIA lost all their credibility after they sold SYNC at year's end -two weeks earlier they stated SYNC was a hidden gem ready to explode, with several catalysts down the pipeline- not to mention their emails have a bunch of pathetic lies, if I'm not mistaken they claimed that SEAC was SYNC's closest comparison and it turns out CCUR is the closest one, seriously #$%$. Whoever is putting hard earned money on this POS stock is just burning cash. Anyway, get out while you can, when they see they can't pump it any higher, they'll dump their shares and you know they own 365K. Like I said earlier, short it if you can.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

Unfortunately, there'll be more selling tomorrow. The catalysts for this to recover are just not there. I'll wait after earnings to buy again, best of luck.

Yes, Ricky ricardo himself gave me the good to go last Friday at 12.90 and then today premarket at 13.75, 1500 shares total. I'm in for the long run. I also have a long term position and held during last week's fake sell off. STRONG BUY!
