I noticed on my brokerage statement that MCGC paid a Return Of Capital to shareholders on 3/12/14, 5/7/14, 8/18/14. This is the first stock that I've owned that has paid a Return Of Capital and therefore could someone please help answer a question for me. As a shareholder, how was I suppose to receive this payment? I never received a check or any direct deposit. I wouldn't have even known they paid a Return Of Capital except for the fact that I noticed my Average Unit Cost Price had decreased. Thank you.
Last November, the stock hit a high of +$24.00; Could you please give thoughts on what you anticipate the stock rising to this November? I guess I'm hoping for a rise and not more losses as is the case in my other stocks at the present. Thank You.
Now that the stock price is slowly returning, any thoughts if and when you think the dividend will be restored? Even half of what it was would be an improvement for those of us who still cannot sell because we bought in the mid to high 20's. Thank You for your thoughts and input.
Fellow Unit Holders,
As I have done, express your concerns, complaints, thoughts etc. to Molly Whitaker at (713) 479-8689.
She is in the Investor Relations Dept. Also spoke to Allison McClain regarding the "cash bonuses" for
the CEO and other top executives. Funny though, she seems to believe they are acceptable.
I hope you're right. I would be extremely grateful if it just got back to 24. Blue Grass would definitely be a huge positive. I hope it gets going sooner than later but am extremely concerned after last weeks sink hole incident and gas explosion in Kentucky.
Today in a New York Times article, it said that the firms Corvex Management and Soroban Capital Partners have increased their interest in Williams Brothers to just under 10% up from 5.3%. They have suggested that they will want Williams Brothers to consider pursuing more mergers. - Do you think it is possible that Williams Brothers could merge with Boardwalk Pipelines?; if so, wouldn't that help our situation?
I think it is unfathomable, unethical, immoral.. that on February 6th. cash bonuses were awarded as follows: CEO $1.3 million, CFO $500,000, VP $400,000, Develop. $400,000; when us unitholders lost 50% of our investment overnight. How can they justify this and accept this money? It is just awful and disgraceful and they should be ashamed of themselves.
What are your thoughts on stock price after the ex-dividend date and what do you expect the stock price to be after the Feb. 10th announcement? Thanks for your input.
Can anyone give their thoughts as to what they think the price will be after the dividend. Do you think the price will drop back down into the middle or high 70's or remain above 80? Thank you for your time and thoughts.
Does anyone know when the Ex-Dividend Date and Payout Date will be? I'm a little surprised the stock price isn't rising today - although the $4.00 dividend was rejected, at least they are bring back $2.24. Better than nothing.
I just received my first K-1 - I'm a new investor. I know I claim the capital gain or loss on Schedule D; but where do I report the dividend received? On Schedule B or another form? THANK YOU!
