This is how it works: (1) selling by hedgies drives price down (2) creates fear in individuals (3) price drops further as indiv sell (4) hedgies sell on good news (5) create more fear (6) hedgies pick up really cheap shares. (7) stock flies higher
So, this will go to $6. News will come, positive most likely, it will go below $6 even with the good news. Then, it will start rising. $6 to $8 to $10 to $15 to $20. Easily, if news is good. Would not be shocked to see $30.
Agreed. No point in going if they have bad news. No guarantees of course, but why would they go otherwise?
No news. People selling cause hedgies drive it down. It will likely be approved this evening. It will sell down on good news first. More fear. Then..., rise. Rise more. $18 by Fri.
It will happen actually. In fact, good news might result in selling in week 1, as hedgies try and manipulate the price. Within 1 month, the stock will be at $8. By EOY, $15.
